Communication. When you are working in insurance, communication is key. This is just one example of the lack of service I along with my 18 year old daughter experienced with Mrs. Sordi. Shoot forward a few months and suddenly the new insurance takes 3 times the monthly charge in one swipe. If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Ameriprise not only beat Mrs. Sordi , they actually communicate with you and call you back in the same hour!
