I provided to him numerous highly detailed emails about what I was looking for with my t-shirt design and they were clearly skimmed over by him as his responses back rarely matched the questions I had posed. He finally made the aforementioned phone call to me to talk about the designs and not only did he not listen to me and my needs but he constantly talked over me with his tone becoming more and more elevated and angry because I begged him to give me a second to finish a sentence so we could get on the same page. Ultimately he said "I don't think I want to do this job anymore..." which was fine because at that point I was going to suggest the same as I felt so berated. I think he believes that he is an "expert" in design and is offended if a client (who was a former graphic designer and has been working in the fashion industry for decades) has a different opinion or need. I highly recommend that you do not work with this company unless you have zero opinions or expectations of your end product.

The stuff looked great and I received several requests for their contact info. The next morning at brunch, I'd say more than half of the kids were still wearing their new hoodies. I also found Airbrush 'n'Stuff fairly priced and easy to work with beforehand in the planning phase. They were helpful in figuring out how many artists I might need and for how long, and also flexible for how we set up (hats, hoodies, etc) and were never pushy like some vendors. Highly recommend.

Eventually, I was given an appointment during the week, but I couldn't make it because I work two jobs Monday through Friday. After sending a polite and well-written email, I received another appointment for a Saturday at 1:00 PM. That sounded great, but unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I arrived at their location, the business was closed. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. My texts went unanswered, and my calls initially went to voicemail. When they finally called me back, they told me they were at an event. There was no courtesy call, text, or email letting me know they needed to reschedule. They did offer to pick up my paperwork from my home, but by that point I was already in San Francisco specifically for this appointment. We eventually agreed that I would send over my request for two airbrushed T-shirts, but after three weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution, I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
