The main ingredient, the steak, was scarce and it was not actual beef, but a combo of fillers and processed soy and I knew this because of the greasiness and texture and it was hard and dry and overcooked.. The cheese was scarce and the onions and bell peppers were not even grilled but raw. The owner needs to understand that he is in competition with every Italian Restaurant, pizza joint and sandwich shop in the area and if he focuses more on his profits and cutting expenses over the quality of his food, he aint long until closure time. Sorry, but if I want a real cheesesteak, Ill go elsewhere.
