Had a great experience at Bubba's 33! I ordered the classic cheeseburger with tater tots and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The burger was juicy, cooked just right, and loaded with toppings that made every bite delicious. The tater tots were crispy and perfectly seasoned and definitely a great side choice. This was my first time here. I am always super sketchy about my chicken so when I order wings at a new place, I cut into it just to make sure nothing is pink or bleeding. This would be why. The waitress and manager were super nice and accommodating to seeing the issue. They tried to remake it with only flats and no drums, only for the chicken to still be pink. This review is not to be made bad about the staff or any of the other food. My partner ordered a cheeseburger and it was fantastic. But if you are planning to order the wings, my advice is to maybe cut into it before you take a bite. It has been a while since I have visited this establishment, so my review maybe a little biased based on my past experiences here. First and foremost the pizza is still amazing. Best ever! But the bar drinks aka beer does not appear to be as cold as advertised. Both tap beer I had were not as cold as I remembered. This is an issue with me. We used to visit this location often, but it had been quite a while. Since we were in the area, we decided to stop in. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly, which started things off on a good note. Unfortunately, our server ruined that impression. When she brought our drinks out, she actually walked right past our table--drinks in hand--to chat with another table instead of simply setting ours down as she passed. Annoying, but I brushed it off. I ordered a small pizza with Italian sausage. A few minutes later, she returned saying, "We don't have a pizza called that." This was our first experience at Bubba's 33 and we had such a good time. The environment was very inviting. You could be in workout clothes or dolled up and you would be comfortable. When we arrived, we were put on the wait list and said about 5 minutes. But, there must have been some miscommunication between hosts because others who came in after us was sat. But, they quickly rectified thr situation. And we got the most lovely server Sarah. She was possibly the friendliest , most positive, bubbly server we have have had in some time. She was excellent. For dinner, we had the shrimp app. Super tasty. My hubby had 10 bone in wings, all drums, medium and hot. He got some of their tasty fries as well. He was very satisfied. Visited Bubba's 33 because we always see this off the highway. I can picture this place getting busy during a Sunday because of football and they have almost every game on as my eyes were going back and forth. They have the kiosk and advertise you to join their club. We did not join as I am not so sure if we are going to be regulars. We ordered the 12 Chicken wings Shrimp Sandwich Double Burger with bacon and guacamole We did not get any drinks, but water. The food came out really quickly. I went to Bubba's 33 last Sunday at 3:00. I had read about the history this restaurant has with Texas Roadhouse which is one of my favorite restaurants so I was excited going in. I don't like Cole Slaw so I asked if I could substitute again except I would like the cup of chili. Again sure no problem, and off he went. About 10 minutes later, the waiter came back to inform me that the onion rings would be $3.00 more and the chili would be $2.00 more. It seems excessive but I agreed. The food came. I ate the chili first. It was exactly like Texas Roadhouse so it was delicious. Then I ate the onion rings. I tasted no onion at all. They were not good. I then ate the fish and I think it was just a prebattered store bought filet. I was not too impressed with that. Had the worst experience at this restaurant last night. I have eaten at this restaurant for over a year. The waitress was awesome but the food was crap. My son order a BBQ pizza with just chicken, cheese, and sauce. They brought it out and it was wrong. The waitress to it back to have it remade. I ordered the fish a chips like I have in the past but this time is had was to much cayenne pepper on it and the tater tots had this taste to them. It was like they had set over the deep fryer way to long they tasted nasty. The waitress had sent this guy over. This guy didn't say who he was and had this attitude. When I told him what was wrong. He gave attitude and said in a crappie way I will go check myself. He never came back and said anything. The waitress came back and said he. he was the owner. The point we are waiting on my son's pizza which came and it wrong again. I so fed up at this point I said just take the pizza and give me the bill. Then a manager comes over and asked what's happened and I tell her and she tries to make it right but my son is upset to even wait on another pizza. The manager gave my son a cookie. Then I get the bill and there are two pizzas and a cookie on it, no comp for the bad fish a chips. I had to wait for them to change to bill twice before I could pay for it and leave. The table shared the loaded cheese fries and they were good but not the best I've had. The highlight was the side salad with ranch dressing. Everything is so tasty here but EVERY TIME I eat the food, without fail, I have T-15 minutes to find a suitable bathroom to have the nastiest, most liquid diarrhea I've ever had in my life. I've eaten at the Michigan location numerous times - was even a regular at one point - and the same thing happened after each visit there too. Friends who've eaten there with me have also had the same diarrhea after. We joke that a salad shouldn't make you have the squirts, or that maybe the ranch has laxatives in it. Either way, be warned, you might want to come with anti-diarrheal medication on hand... or don't if you want a nice colon cleanse. Only one star off bc my food was sooo soggy but it was delivered to me so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . I fully accept the risks of shitting my pants because of the food here, and I genuinely don't think it's food poisoning (I could be wrong) so no love lost because of it. Worth it! read more

The cost of the entree 13.99, a beverage 4.50.. and tip 5-10 dollars and they can't give a piece of bread to a customer..... so bubbs was willing to lose a customer over a piece of bread. I left and went across the parking lot to applebees.. they were more than happy to give me a piece of bread with my order... btw.. sirloin steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.. bubbs lost a customer over a piece of bread ... they join more and more companies that it's all about the money, and not the customer.
