They were kind and respectful, and I enjoyed them on a professional and personal level. If how the customer feels after they purchase matters, I'd just like to leave a few comments. I tried to email you directly, but couldn't find an address specific to you: (1) I didn't love the trade I got-- felt very low, considering my vehicle was a '25, 10k miles, and had 4k in upgrades to it; that being said, I accepted it, so it's a moot point; (2) when I drove home and took the freedom top off, I realized the dashboard had considerable sun damage that could not be seen with the top on; however, I would've bought it anyway, so that's not super relevant; (3), the thing that kind of irks me and seems worth addressing-- I had to refill the gas tank before I even got halfway back home! My trade had the gas filled before I came to Sandy, and I left with less than a quarter tank in the Gladiator. Ethically, there's nothing wrong with this, but on principle, it seems "pretty weak" that someone could buy a truck off the lot and not have the dealer at least fill the tank. That being said, the sale price of the gladiator was great (but kind of a moot point when the trade was so low-- 22k for a like-new wrangler sport with new bumper, winch, and rims?). Anywho, thanks to Amy and Wyatt, and that's my 2 cents.
