    Oil and grease pulled off from drivers door, steering wheel and seat.

    Hate to do this, but look elsewhere for service. They will leave your car covered in grease and oil on the outside and especially on the inside. This happened to 4 of my families and friends cars (One was an all electric). They will lie straight your face and say this will fix major issues they know their dealership needs to work on just to get you out of their office. Don't expect any of the service people to have pride in their work...it's all about making more money and billable shop hours. There is so many other Kia shops in Portland area to ever give your car to these hacks and liars!

Words truly can't capture the depth of gratitude Ibffor this dealership and the integrity, honesty, and unwavering support I've experienced since purchasing my first Kia here back in 2016. The buying process was so smooth, and over the years, the service department consistently took excellent care of me and my car. In December 2023, a major issue came up with my vehicle -- one of the early EV models -- and what could have turned into a total nightmare was handled by Weston Kia with the most exceptional service I could have hoped for... and then some. They took incredible care of me and others affected by the same issue during what might honestly go down as one of the biggest challenges in Kia's history! Yet through it all, they showed up with grace, professionalism, and true customer care. This is sincerely the only dealership I would consider purchasing a new car from. The moment the paperwork was signed, the communication completely disappeared. Their "We Owe" process is an absolute joke. I've been waiting weeks just to get the promised repairs scheduled. I've called multiple times, left messages, and every single time I get the same scripted response: "They'll reach out." Three different employees have told me exactly that, and not once has anyone followed through. Service Department? Comical Jered at the Portland location has repeatedly failed to return calls or messages after saying he would. If you're going to tell a customer you'll call them back, then do it. It's that simple. I own a business myself, and I know customer service doesn't end when the payment clears. It starts there. Keeping your word and communicating with customers isn't optional it's the bare minimum. The ironic part is I actually like the car I bought. My problem isn't the vehicle. It's the people running this dealership and the complete lack of accountability after the sale. I'd love to hear from the owner, although it seems the dealership is much quicker to respond to glowing reviews than to customers who are still waiting for promised work to be completed. If you're considering buying here, don't just read the five-star reviews. Read the one-, two-, and three-star reviews carefully. I wish I had.     I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I went to check out a car that I inquired…read moreabout from their online inventory, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. First, they let me schedule a test drive that worked for my schedule. Secondly, they were prepared when I showed up... the car was out front and ready to see. Lastly, the sales process was very low pressure and my sales rep (Dosy) worked with me to make the deal align with my needs. The person who processed my documents was very personable and kind as well. The loan process was straightforward and easy. They also purchased my old car and made the transfer process as seamless as possible. The dealership is clean and everyone is friendly and professional. They have a snack area in the back and the restrooms were clean. The best part: they filled the car up with the gas before they handed me the key... it's the small things that matter when it comes to high customer service, and this place definitely hits the mark for me.

He worked with an associate who answered questions over the phone as well as sent him videos of the car. He set up an appointment time and we drove an hour to get there. We got there, and they were showing the car to someone else who showed up to see it. While they were on the test drive, they tried to get us to buy it out from under them. We went on a test drive after they did, and it was obvious they were buying it when we got back. Then they tried the, "well, their financing might fall through. You should hang around until it's approved." Yuck! Cringy. They showed my hubby a few other cars online, but it was quite awkward and we just wanted to go. A different Ron Tonkin had another car for us to look at. The same day my husband was going to drive down, he got a call saying that someone needed a loaner, so they gave him the same car my hubby was going to see later that day. I think we learned our lesson about Ron Tonkin. The two stars is only because the associate took the time to answer questions and send videos of the car.
