I finally went to check out and the lady told me that the shoes are buy one, get one half off. No one told me while I was perusing. She held the pair I was getting for my husband while I checked if there's any I would like to get for half off. I found a pair of Nikes that seemed like they would be cute with dresses. I guess I am a creature of habit. I like that they keep my record of purchases in the computer. So when it time to buy a new pair of shoes, I just enter the store and tell them my name. They look at my past purchases and it's an easy sale for the associate. Even though it a super easy sale, the sales associate is still professional and friendly. They have me try the shoes on, to make sure I am still satisfied with the fit. In addition to the pair of shoes, I always add a pair of therapeutic cushion inserts. It adds to the cost of shoes, but the comfort it adds to my wide feet, is well worth the extra dollars. When I get a new pair of tennis shoes, the old one still have life and become my garden/yard working shoes. New Balance shoes have a good life span. A bonus about shopping here, you can buy dog treats to support a local rescue group at the check-out. For the dog cookies, you have to pay cash as it is treated as a separate transaction. When I see dog cookies for a rescue group, I am a sucker and always make a purchase. Next time I need a new pair, I'll be back. I'm a true fan of New Balance.
