The manager ultimately did give the military discount, but she was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction and said, "we don't give military discounts," in a harsh tone before reversing it. She did not greet customers or create a welcoming atmosphere, which made the experience uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing because I remember the previous manager, Elsa, who was always incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming and made every visit enjoyable. We were visiting from Dallas and had looked forward to coming back to this location. The food is still excellent, but the customer service from current management does not reflect the same standard.
