This is another Yelp win. We were hungry and tried several places in several towns .. Germantown laffs .. Middletown Laffs 2 ... springboro empanada place ... no luck. I said park and lets call and make sure a place is open before we do anymore driving. We were already in Springboro so decided to give this a try. We tried it last week and have been there 3 times already. We have tried the pulled pork, ribs. and turkey .. the fresh cut fried, fried okra and the free ice cream is added bonus. We also got the pecan pie before we knew about the icecream. Everything was good and the service is great. They have lots of staff which is unusually these days. you order at the counter .. the first person takes the meats you are ordering .. the second person get the side items. We switched the bread for corn muffin the first 2 times there wasnt an up charge but last time there was.???? Not sure will switch again the corn muffin is REALLY sweet and we weren't in love with it. The sides have a seasoning that has alot of salt .. next time i think i'll tell them light on the salt. Everything came out super hot and fresh. the meat was tender and no thing wrong .. not fat or grissel ... all good. i really liked it and the price was great. Each time we went we split a meal .. that came with 2 meats and 2 sides. It was plenty. I like that it's family owned and ran. They did a fab job!!!

We went for their Grand Opening and were very impressed with the quality of meat! The turkey and pulled pork were delicious! My friend got their ribs and said they were okay, but not great. Their fries tasted good but could have been a bit crispier. The mac and cheese was delicious to me - but my wife and friend both just said it was average. They have free ice cream, which is cool. We didn't get any though. They also have two drink machines - which may seem trivial but I'm so tired of the restaurants with one drink machine that has a line of 10 people at it! One thing that I did find very odd - their BBQ sauce is in warmers and you have to ladle it into a small cup. Impossible for kids to too, and even adults were making a mess.

We've also tried the brisket and the jalapeño sausage and all of the meats are tender and full of flavor.

I love this place…read more We're meeting up with the grandparents and me and the two Littles were sitting at the table, holding the table and one of the hostesses just walked up with a thing of fries and said would you guys like some fries. I didn't order them and it was good for the kiddos. That is caring how kids feel, that is Superior service. I love the atmosphere. It's very pro veteran and pro-American and it feels like a place where they love the things I love. They have excellent barbecue brisket barbecue pork. I love their sides. The corn is good. My sweetie says she is enjoying the biscuit and the green beans are like melting your mouth. She says she is really enjoying those. She's sampling the sauces as she works away through it. She likes the South Carolina one best so far cause she's a fan of the mustard. They have good options for the kiddos with mac & cheese or other kiddos centric sandwiches. They have small slider sandwiches for the kiddos. My oldest says this: the mac & cheese is not box mix. It is made in house. The pulled pork sandwich is very tasty. I'd like the smoky flavor. The waitress also brought out some Cajun corn samples, I'm not a very spice loving person. Corn was good, but I didn't finish it. All in all the food was tasty. My second oldest says: I got mac & cheese and it's really good. It is not box mix actually it's made of real cheese and I also got the turkey sandwich which is really tasty. It's not overcooked and it's not undercooked. It's like perfect and there's none of those disgusting micro plastic filled cheese in it, which is really nice. My mom gave me a bit of her cornbread and it's really sweet and also a bit savory too, which is like the perfect combination and it's it's pretty good. Grandma says the food is very good. She likes the seasonings on it. She got collard greens with it and says they are excellent. Personally, I'm pretty jealous because although I enjoyed the Cajun corn, I didn't know they had collard greens.

She was warm, energetic, and courteous. I had never tried their burger before, and I ordered the mac & cheese which I normally love, and a side salad to go with it. The burger was slightly under seasoned, but it was thick and juicy, and overall pretty good. The mac wasn't bad, it just didn't quite taste the same, but the salad was crisp and fresh. Decent experience at this location.

The Classic Smash Burger consists of two all beef patties on a sesame seed bun. The burger was cooked very well, was cheesy and very flavorful! The fries were seasoned well and are shoestring style. They were good. Not too oily and very plentiful. The chipotle ketchup was okay but not really what I was expecting. It is a bit spicy, perhaps too much to my liking, but I am sure many people would enjoy it. Everything was carefully placed in a nice cardboard box lined with brown paper and sealed. The order itself was placed in a brown paper bag. I do recommend. Food is good, plentiful, and a decent value compared to other chain type restaurants! I would go again as they have a pretty decent selection of food and this experience was good. Recommended!

We definitely understood the situation, but our waitress was really overwhelmed and neglected her outside tables! When we received our food, it was not as good as we expected, especially for the price that we paid. We will not be returning. We have spoken to other friends that have also had the same experience.
