She helped me select a suit coat that was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I purchased 3 great shirts, 3 ties and a belt to go with the suit coat. Jackie was patient and helped me coordinate the ties with the shirts. The prices at Men's District are fair for the quality of clothing and service they sell. I will be returning to Men's District in the future and recommend them if you want to look like a million bucks at a formal event. Jackie is the best to help you.

I knew exactly what I was looking for, and he answered all my questions while helping me figure out my jacket size after I've gotten a little chubby Chubb over the years. Hahaha No pressure, no upselling just genuinely helpful service. He also let me know that if I ever wanted to rent a suit in the future, they only need a 48-hour notice so they can tailor everything properly, which I thought was super cool. On top of that, he mentioned I have 3 months to return the jacket if I change my mind. That kind of customer service is rare these days. According to my bank, all items were still charged. When I picked up my one item, I asked the staff about the cancellation and additional charges. Staffs response was that they've heard customers are reimbursed the same day if the stuff was cancelled but if not "maybe" 3-5 business days. If still nothing, call customer service. I hate that now I have to keep an eye on my account and potentially have to call customer service to settle this. But the real kicker here is that, they did have all items I purchased in stock. Why they cancelled the orders and decided to keep my money is beyond me. I don't blame the staff, I just wanted more concrete info on my refund. Just wanted to share my first ever experience.

They are a bit messy and when you see how they are NOT organized, it will make you not want to purchase any jewelry. Overall, this store is a good one. There is also a lot of luggage here for sale. Upon coming in, the luggage is on the right side of the store in the garage corner.

They have a horrible clothing racks situation here. The blouses are all mixed up in different sizes and crammed onto the racks. Same with the pants, skirts, dresses. For example, if you want to just shop medium tops, you will find all sizes crammed into one rack, not good. I did notice that they have 2 young men working to restock the racks. They are just throwing the clothes in any order back onto the racks. After 45 mins of searching and trying to find items, I just got a couple things and left. Do better Macys Backstage. On the way out I spotted some really good deals on casual jeans menswear and summer menswear! This is in the regular side of the store, not the Backstage side.
