She helped me select a suit coat that was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I purchased 3 great shirts, 3 ties and a belt to go with the suit coat. Jackie was patient and helped me coordinate the ties with the shirts. The prices at Men's District are fair for the quality of clothing and service they sell. I will be returning to Men's District in the future and recommend them if you want to look like a million bucks at a formal event. Jackie is the best to help you.

He also let me know that if I ever wanted to rent a suit in the future, they only need a 48-hour notice so they can tailor everything properly, which I thought was super cool. On top of that, he mentioned I have 3 months to return the jacket if I change my mind. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I hate that now I have to keep an eye on my account and potentially have to call customer service to settle this. But the real kicker here is that, they did have all items I purchased in stock. Why they cancelled the orders and decided to keep my money is beyond me. I don't blame the staff, I just wanted more concrete info on my refund. Just wanted to share my first ever experience.

This made me realize that YOLANDA IS A LIAR to cover up the things her team is doing wrong... It's a shame that they provide such terrible service in this store. I understand that we are just another number for these stores, but if they don't have the training or the honesty to recognize their mistakes, then they should dedicate themselves to something else. And comparing them, for me, ARLET was much more professional and above all honest and sincere...

They are just throwing the clothes in any order back onto the racks. After 45 mins of searching and trying to find items, I just got a couple things and left. Do better Macys Backstage. I was clear with my daughter to handle with care and only pick up dresses she was really interested in trying on. Being respectful of the merchandise was the least we could do.
