I believe she might've even stayed late so someone was around to receive the new pants in the store, and even made an adjustment to the jacket to make sure it fit better. And Carys was great when we went in to pick up everything. I was incredibly nervous and she helped make sure I had all the things before leaving and that it all fit correctly. I do want to call out that this is not the case for all the Friar Tux in the San Diego or Los Angeles area. The emergency was caused by a location in LA and the Friar Tux that received my suit in SD wasn't helpful in the least when we realized the suit had problems. Thank goodness they sent us to the Telegraph location or else I don't think I would've had a properly fitted suit for my event. If there is any upper management paying attention, the Telegraph location is a platinum standard of service and knowledge in tailoring. I'd focus on how to get other locations to operate with the same kindness and professionalism as we experienced at Telegraph. Thanks again, Danna/Carys!

Went in today 9/18/22 to return because the size is wrong and quality was not great was informed I can't return it for refund or exchange. I spoke wiith the manager (Mohammad) and he said I can't get a refund and said they can't return it to where they purchased the item. He even told me maybe the associate that sold me the item is new and didn't knw. When you guys buy from this place all sales are final regardless of what the receipt says. Never coming back here.
