I picked up my food as the pizza was coming out of the oven, in which I had to wait on.. and the whole time my sandwich was setting there boxed up. It had been boxed up for quite some time. The sandwich was cold, and the pizza was bland and didn't have the extra sauce that I paid for. It's just very bland pizza. The crust is flavorless, and it seems like the cheese is too. The sandwich would have been good if it was hot and the oil hadn't soaked into the bread by the time my pizza was ready. Let me also add, that it's a pretty pricey pizza. So... high cost, long wait times, and meh flavor.

You can tell that the ingredients are of a very high quality and the dough recipe is perfect. What really stands out to me is the crust. It has a really nice char and doesn't do that greasy flop thing that most run of the mil pizzerias are putting out. If you have ever had a coal fired pizza that's what it tasted like to me. They have a great oven and the timing is dialed in perfectly. Prior to reviewing the restaurant, I made sure to try it a few times. And I'm happy to say that it is consistently good. My only complaint is that their hours are limited and open at 4pm on most days. I think they do lunch hours on Thursday and Friday. Receipt and online order both show large. I paid for large pizzas that should have been atleast 14in in diameter according to there app and website. Called walkerton location and they confirmed the size of the pizza i receieved was indeed medium sized pizza. When asking staff at plymouth location about there sizes they get extremely short with you dont see how this is good customer service. Asked for a refund and was gave the help desk number that is for caseys employees. Will be calling corporate office thanks to a quick google search. Never ordered from this caseys before and never going to again. As we got out pizza she says "Fucking assholes" and points at us as we got into our vehicle yelling more things. extremely disappointed in the service that we got, she wasn't even the one making the pizza or preparing it she was sitting and staring at us from behind the wall that enters into the cooking area. She doesn't deserve to be working in any restaurant because who wants to be hearing that while waiting for their pizza?
