Employees were very friendly and accommodating to requests. Ambiance - the place was bigger on the inside than i thought. There were plenty of booths for dining. You can tell that the ingredients are of a very high quality and the dough recipe is perfect. What really stands out to me is the crust. It has a really nice char and doesn't do that greasy flop thing that most run of the mil pizzerias are putting out. If you have ever had a coal fired pizza that's what it tasted like to me. They have a great oven and the timing is dialed in perfectly. Prior to reviewing the restaurant, I made sure to try it a few times. And I'm happy to say that it is consistently good. My only complaint is that their hours are limited and open at 4pm on most days. I think they do lunch hours on Thursday and Friday. Receipt and online order both show large. I paid for large pizzas that should have been atleast 14in in diameter according to there app and website. When asking staff at plymouth location about there sizes they get extremely short with you dont see how this is good customer service.
