We had this inspection done for our peace of mind. We learned that a lot of new rvs coming out of the pandemic had quality control issues, and since we were about to spend a lot of money we did not want to end up buying a lemon. We were so impressed with Rayanna! We checked out three rv inspectors prior to selecting Lab Approved RV and what stood out about Lab Approved was Rayanna's professionalism, her training and credentials, and the service we would receive for our money. She got back to us immediately after our first inquiry and kept in regular contact with us as we went along. She was good at answering our questions and thoroughly explained the process of an inspection and what to expect. The day after the inspection she provided us with a report that we accessed online, and then later printed out. Rayanna spent the day looking for safety issues, did an inspection of the roof and slides, as well as a very detailed evaluation of our trailer's electrical system, water system and propane--not to mention that she went over every inch of that trailer with a fine toothed comb--and I really mean that! Rayanna gave us an online 95-page detailed report which had about 100 photos and also included three videos. Rayanna did find three things and we were able to address those issues with the dealer before we took possession of the trailer. We feel what we payed to have this inspection done was well worth the investment and a great value for the money. It brought us peace of mind going forward. I highly recommend Lab Approved RV. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! If you've had this company install a trailer hitch, please get it…read moreindependently inspected. Fortunately we discovered our hitch had been installed improperly before someone was killed from the hitch and trailer detaching from the car at highway speeds. They had left four of the bolts that hold the hitch to the car loose. The lock washers were so floppy they spun when you touched them. The wire harness was incorrectly installed so that it rubbed against bare metal instead of passing through the factory supplied rubber grommet and was beginning to cut into the wires. Lastly, they forgot to heat shrink the protective shrink wrap that keeps the brake controller wires from getting wet, corroding short circuiting. All three issues could lead to injury or death. We have pictures of all the issues. BUYER BEWARE!

Intelligent, honest, affordable!!…read more As a female, I'm used to taking my car to the shop to pay about 3x the actual price to fix a part... that usually turns out not to be the actual cause of the problem. What a breath of fresh air to go to Guzzo's!! I don't often go over to St.Paul, but I definitely recommend making the short drive for quality auto service.
