Now I noticed that Tackle World is focused mainly on offshore fishing but they do have fishing equipment for inshore and freshwater too but it's mostly offshore. I have never seen a well stocked tackle shop as this. When I walked in I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I declined assistance said I was browsing. I located the rod/reel I was looking for rather easily. I asked a couple of questions before finalizing the purchase since it was a gift. They asked if I needed line, they strung the reel. line prices are fair 5 cents per yard for mono, 16 cents per yard for braided. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly & knowledgeable.

The discounts are real here, I have seen prices up to 75% reduced on some of the Nike and Adidas shorts. But the quality of products were not impressive to me. I saw some shorts that had holes in them. So much stuffs are shoved together in apparel sections, it is difficult to check them properly. Overall the store is clean and lots of associates are around to help. Checkout lanes are short and move fast.

When I got there she said " where's the card that it comes with inside the cooler? I said I just spoke to you on the phone and you didn't mention that otherwise I would have thrown it back in. She said ill mention it "next time, im NOT GOING TO TAKE THE RETURN WITHOUT THE ENVELOPE AND I DONT CARE THAT YOU LIVE 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE STORE..She was a totally INCOMPETANT Manager. I had a lesson last week that sparked an unstoppable need for archery. I came back to Targeteers because when you buy a bow, they not only help you pick the best bow for your needs, they completely set you up. They helped me pick the best release for my fit, arrows to suit my hunting goals and a sweet bag to hold everything! They customized the bow to fit me perfectly and let me shoot my new arrows to see how everything felt. They gave encouragement and guidance, while tweaking my bow as they saw it in action. I can't wait for my next lesson with my new bow. I'll be a customer for life!

I did so, and by Feb '26, we went back to buy a gun through him. He was not there, so we asked if they carry a particular gun. They did, and gave us further valuable info. They didn't have the one we wanted in stock, and we wanted Kris to help us anyway, but they were scheduled to have a shipment in 4 weeks. So we returned yesterday and this time Kris was there and he helped us buy the gun of our choice. To say that everyone who works there is extremely helpful and friendly, is an understatement. All the employees are active or retired law enforcement and it's a very safe-feeling store. I've never felt that secure anywhere. We are returning in a few days to pick it up, bc there's a background check waiting period, for which I'm grateful. Kris has so much information and is highly qualified to answer all our questions. I came back to get my mom a pair of gloves and they helped me decide and in picking the warmest combination of gloves I could get her. I went for the great inventory, and prices, but went back a few times for their staff are really super super helpful. I had written this in Google reviews, but noticed I hadn't added it here, and given I had a fantastic experience with Campmor again I had to add this. My most recent experience was great again even though I had a glove that failed under the stress of the winter, given the crazy amount of shoveling over this crazy weekend as well as some outdoor activity. This however, is no fault of the store anyhow, & instead to their credit they resolved the situation seamlessly. I ended getting the flagship glove from Gordini, and another cheaper one for when its not so cold so I dont have to put the expensive ones thru all the hard wear. Anyway, excellent gloves. I currently own 6 pairs of gloves, and some insulated jacket I bought this winter season from campmor, and these are all excellent. Fantastic store.
