Our six-course dinner featured a Snack Trio, Torched Salmon Belly, Little Gem salad, Spinach Gramigna, Tortelloni Nerano, and Limoncello Tiramisu. We also indulged in the East Coast Oysters from the menu's "Add-On Indulgences" and they were absolutely delicious. Every course was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, first offering a feast for the eyes and then an even more impressive experience for the palate. Each dish demonstrated thoughtful technique, beautifully balanced flavors, and an attention to detail that made the entire meal feel special. Our host, Mr. Greco, was charming, engaging, and wonderfully informative as he guided us through each course. Chef Nicolas created an exciting menu filled with delightful and unexpected flavor combinations that kept us anticipating what would come next. While it is a smaller footprint and several items were sold out during my visit, it's clearly because this is a highly popular spot for local crafters! The online order pickup process was incredibly organized and smooth with their self-serve setup, and I'm so excited to dive into my next craft project today. What really stood out was the staff. I crossed paths with an employee in the aisle who was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. When I was leaving, that same gentleman made it a point to say goodbye, which was such a warm, personal touch. The only downside for me is the shift toward so many self-checkout kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a real person and supporting local jobs rather than using automated machines, so I definitely encourage other shoppers to head to a real cashier lane if they can!
