He was super friendly and a pleasure to work with and helped guide us in the right direction since we didn't know what we were doing. We had the tux picked out from pictures online and he made sure we got the best deal available and between him and the other Daniel we got everything ordered so that it would arrive by the event date. On event date, we worked with Devlin whom kept us in the loop regarding the delivery of the suit so we could pick it up with enough time to fit before event and also helped us in person at the store once the tux arrived. Everything fit perfectly and looked clean and sharp right down to the shoes. My son also picked out a different bowtie and a hat and made sure that we got a great deal on those as well. Our son had a great prom and looked amazing! During tux return, we worked with Devlin and Daniel J whom made that process painless and not only that, but surprised us stating that they were going to order some new rental jackets for the store anyway and since our pickup took place just hours before prom and was kind of rushed, we could just keep the suit so that our son could have a nice setup in his closet. We were stunned and ever so grateful because it was his very first suit and we could not afford to purchase a whole setup for him to keep. The whole staff there that we delt with was amazing, friendly, helpful and made us feel at home from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend anyone needing to purchase and/ or rent a suit or just wants a great deal on accessories etc should stop by. They will treat you right!

But the further you go out from the food court, you will find other stores that don't seem named brand. It's usually means that it's not a super high-end mall. My experience at this store is always so great and my last shopping spree far outweighed my expectations. A young lady by the name of Sofia was incredibly helpful to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for. It was like having a personal shopper with me, knowing exactly where things were in that giant selection of beautiful clothes. I purchased much more than I expected to and will return soon for another 'spree'. Sofia was so courteous and helpful and I hope I have the pleasure of working with her again when I return. It's not often you find such great customer service in a big box store but I feel Dillard's in Flatirons is a great place to spend my time and money.

It is a curse and makes finding jeans that aren't dragging behind me when I walk near impossible. My fiance and I were shopping in Flatirons this past Saturday and decided to stop into this store as they were having a buy one get one free sale on women's jeans. Naturally, I was all over that. After looking for awhile, I was having a hard time finding my size in a short style. A man (I am cursing myself for not getting his name) helped me look. He was so helpful and suggested different styles that might work for me. Even though we couldn't find my size in the short style, I still found 2 pairs that fit really well. He was even nice enough to throw in a $10 gift card because they were out of my size. I never expected this and it was beyond amazing of him to go above and beyond like that. This location has secured my business with them. I will most certainly be back.
