Zona location is pretty good with lots of selection and pretty decent sale racks!

I guess other Yelpers have had some pretty bad CS experiences here. Although sometimes help is AWOL at this store, the interaction with sales reps has always been positive for me. My son is turning into a sneaker head and is constantly looking at new shoe releases. Ha! I find this humorous personally, but when the shoe dept dudes start talking shoe releases with my son, they can have a 10 minute conversation about the pros and cons of LeBron's new sneaks, or Kobe's or whatever next generation of KD's are out. I find this entertaining to hear. A 21-year old and a 13-year old talking shoe shop talk. It's funny. Most of our sports purchases are from this location, mainly due to convenience. Soccer cleats, more soccer cleats...and the occasional basketball, workout gear or whatever else that somebody cannot live without. Use your rewards card and get regular coupons in the mail for $10 or $20 off. Also we use our Entertainment Book coupons for even more discounts! $10 off $50 or $20 off $100.

Your typical Dick's Sporting Goods store. If you've been to one than you've been to most. The store's layout is spread across two floors. They range from running gear, hunting gear, variety of sports (ranging from team to individual) and hiking products. The store is located next to the Barnes and Noble in Zona Rosa and is conveniently located other businesses so you can walk everywhere. Come try this place out if you are looking for some sports gear or product.

As Dick's go, this place is pretty standard. They have the amazingly large selection of items perfect for the nature/sport/athletic junkie in everyone. I have found things at Dick's that I didn't even know existed, and sad to say, am now the owner of. That being said, in all of the times I've been to this Dick's location, I have not once ever been asked if I needed help by an employee. Don't get me wrong, they are all extremely helpful an knowledgeable; when you ask for it, but good luck getting them to come help you (then again it might just be me). This place is good enough to keep me coming back, even without any customer service, so theres no doubt in my mind that it'll be great for anyone else.

This location stays pretty clean. I have never send clutter anywhere. The staff is friendly. Not too chatty. Following CDC practices.

Overly high prices and poor customer service. Will not come here again . They live up to their name "dicks".

Worst customer service ever. 10 people in line and only 1 working the register. Unbelievable. Never shopping here again.

I don't even own a handgun (yet) but the fact that they just stopped selling handguns is a showstopper for me.

It's totally one part corporate, crisp, functional retail goods store, and another part taxidermy animals, rides, fudge, and hunting & fishing gear like you'd find at Bass Pro. We took our kids here on a winter break, gray day and it was a lot of fun. First off, there's a mini aquarium when you walk in -- it's nothing to write home about, but it gets the kids attention and they realize right away this is a fun store. From there, you can't miss the gigantic ferris wheel in the middle of the store. Gonna be real, it's fun and worth the wait but also a bit nerve wracking. Something is just odd about quietly swaying at the top of a department store quietly for such a long time. My daughter was like, "Dad, I'm scared to look down!" and all I could think was, "so am I, kid, so am I." We both agreed it's pretty fun once it gets going. There's also a little bowling area where you get five frames for a buck, and ditto to a little arcade game area as well. There's toy stores, outdoor goods, quality brands of clothes and outfitting, and really a nice answer to online shopping. In fact, it feels like malls used to feel in the 90's but a modern spin on everything. We did eat here but I'd say skip it. I didn't find anything I wanted and when I went to finish off my kids chicken tenders I was super underwhelmed and ended up pitching them. I will say at this time they carry Sylas & Maddy's ice cream (best IC in the city IMO) so that was a nice surprise treat. What more could you want if out shopping with the kids?! It's a great spot to kill a quiet afternoon.
