They had really good sales at that time, and I ended up coming back the next day to get a new pack. On the following day, I found an equally friendly and knowledgable staff. I found a messaging option on their website under contact us, sent two "emails" so far with zero reply. Apparently I will have to dispute this through my bank to get my money back. Very disappointing! They have a huge online presence and are even in retail stores locally.
