Since becoming licensed as a firearms dealer, that has become 99.9999999% of their focus, leaving a lot of customers behind. it's a shame as they used to be a really good surplus store ... now they're just another gun store with a few remnants of their old inventory left.

Don't do transfer here! They took 4 days to log the received firearm into their A&D book. You can…read morenot fill out the 4473 form until the firearm is logged into the A&D book, so basically, you'll have a 11 day waiting period, after they receive your firearm (which probably took 4 days to get there). Pretty much every other FFL I've dealt with would have firearms logged into their A&D book, within an hour of receipt.
