He was very professional, very respectful and very patient. He asked her questions to determined her skill level. He let her try out several different styles of clubs, new and used. He compared different price ranges with her, pros and cons. He did not pressure her or oversell. He gave her golf tips as they went along. He spent a very long time with her. No new driver ... we send it back to callaway for warranty they said and it would take two weeks. Now my wife doesn't have her expensive driver and they couldn't care less. I asked if they had a demo she could borrow for a golf outing she has coming up and the answer was a quick NO. Won't be buying anything from there any more. Will also be contacting callaway about this.

I added the actual data fields I cared about like angle of attack, smash factor and dynamic loft. You know...actual data that matters and the greeter guy changed it back. Just kind of turned me off because the new age player wants to know these analytics. They can claim that they don't want customers touching their computer but it's literally the most user friendly launch monitor in the market using a windows PC. Why would I waste my money if I don't know if it fits my swing profile? Keep the customers dumb and ignorant I guess? At the least the young lady getting a lesson/fitting next to me was being provided great feedback. Thank goodness a Golfers Warehouse is closer to me which encourages their customers to be informed.

I would have been happy with store credit because of the genuine kindness, professionalism, and positivity that each teammate in the "front of store" provided. Samantha, Rachel, Luis, Tim you really helped me out. I was accompanied by my home health aide and my service dog. When I get anxious (just happens frequently in stores or appointments) I tend to talk a lot. They listened. And they were so polite!! Upon heading to the athletic shoe department, I had no idea how I was going to find the best shoe (frequent falls have been occurring so I had my walker (with seat) along. De Jaun and Nate were absolutely perfect professionals. Nate took over after the first half hour. He (and De Jaun) were so knowledgeable about support and insoles. Nate spent at least an hour with me saying "just one more pair." He helped with the lacing and seemed invested in making sure I did not select a shoe "just because." Nate shared his knowledge in such a kind way. I ended up with the perfect fit and insoles. I met the Team Lead (John) and shared my gratitude for such stellar service. What I really liked is that, I am a recreational (for fun only) bowler, and he treated me just as well as he treated the serious pro-leaguers that were in there. He was honest, and no nonsense, and didn't try to upsell me or make me feel like my ignorance of the sport and ball types was in any way inconvenient to him. As a matter of fact, I'd like to say he was entertained by us. In any case, I don't know if it's because my husband mentioned the ball was my birthday present or what, but he measured my grip, custom drilled and engraved my ball with my name right then and there; fit it perfectly to my hand, and pretty much taught me how to throw this ball that's so different from my old $20 Kmart special one that the finger holes were way too big for me. I cannot wait to go bowling next weekend with my beautiful new ball! Thanks again to Ed; who just plain out ROCKED! On call 6, I'm informed the product is out of stock (website lied) and they have no idea when coming back; then they hang up on me. Not only do they lie on their website, customer service is non-existent & rude. Total CLOWN SHOW - GO ELSEWHERE.
