Called once to get a tow, they said to fill out the paperwork and they will be there soon. We waited 45 minutes then called back and asked when they would be here. He said we didn't send the paperwork, which we did, until he actually looked and saw that we did. Then said it would be about an hour to get to us. We waited again for an hour and no one came. Called a third time and they said another hour and a half before they could get to us. We did not know we didn't have to be at the car when it gets towed until we asked. The lack of communication is insane. They should have called when the time was being pushed back so we didn't have to sit there waiting. read more

The gentlemen that towed my vehicle & trailer were friendly & helpful. That's where the positive feedback ends with this place. The office manager is absolutely rude! She quoted my colleague & I one price and emphasized CASH ONLY! When I picked up the trailer, I called prior to picking up and was quoted a new price (+120). When I arrived, the new price was updated by an additional $60 (total price, $380++). They will NOT accept credit cards even if your vehicle was towed in. I was short on cash & they were kind enough to let me charge $27 & the balance in CASH, which was emphasized once again. This place is a scam. Luckily, I'm being reimbursed by the insurance company and hope they intervene to align these "folks" or flag them. read more

While enroute to FL along I-75 in Ohio, our car's engine light came on, and shortly thereafter the car lost power, so we immediately pulled it over and shut it off. Contacting the nearest brand dealer, it was decided to have it towed to their lot. Our insurance company arranged a Tow with Dick's and because of the number of tows before us, gave us an arrival time between 60-90 minutes. Within that time frame the truck arrived and two gentlemen (Wil and Matt) got out and immediately asked us if we were OK. They confirmed where it was to be towed, and then because of the low temps and high winds offered us shelter in their truck. We then proceeded to the dealer and after realizing we would be there overnight; these gentlemen recommended a variety of hotels at the next exit. After completion of our business with the dealer, these gentlemen retrieved our luggage, placed it in thir truck and drove us to the hotel. After arrival they carried our luggage in and waited until they were sure everything was arranged. These gentlemen at all times presented themselves as polite, professional, and an excellent representative of this service. If in need of a tow in the Findlay area, I strongly recommend Dick's and Wil and Matt for your needs. read more

Dicks Towing Service towed our Expedition to their shop but in doing so broke the steel cable attaching the spare tire wench. The company has refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Very disappointing way to conduct business. Clearly it is a 'travel at your own risk' operation. read more
