Saturday, August 1, while driving on I-5 south near the Tulalip Outlets just off exit 200, it was…read morestop and go traffic on the highway. Cars had slowed to a crawl and I came to a complete stop just as cars in front of me were stopped due to the early afternoon weekend traffic jam. And as I was stopped a light green Prius had crashed into my car completely damaging my rear bumper and pushing my car into the car in front of me further damaging my front bumper and hood. The shocking part was the driver of the light green Prius did not stop to check to see if myself, my passengers, and the driver in front of me were OK. The woman driving the lime green Prius had left the scene and drove off without taking any accountability or responsibility for what had happened. It looked like she was distracted and on her phone during the accident. Luckily, none of my passengers were hurt or injured during the accident. And the woman driving a 2017 Lexus in front of me was not hurt either. Her car did not sustain any damages either, just my 2005 Nissan Maxima SE. I had called 911 to request assistance and seek advice from a state trooper on whether my car was safe to drive home. It was fortunate that I did, I was still shaken from what had happened and still in disbelief the women in the light green Prius had driven away making it a hit and run accident. Soon after speaking with the state trooper I had called several tow truck companies in the area. Richard's Towing was one of two who responded immediately. I called and left a voice mail message with my name number and details of the accident. Richard had called me back and was very professional. He asked me specific details, where I was located, where I would like my car to be dropped off, calculated the total distance between Tulalip and Bothell (25 miles) to provide an accurate estimate, and he also provided an eta when he was able to pick up my car. Richard provided clear and transparent pricing, professional service, and I was also able to ride along in his tow truck for the drop off. During the ride home, Richard was very personable and shared his knowledge and experience with similar accidents. The accident was a bit jarring and the conversation helped me calm my nerves and get my mind off losing my car or no longer having a reliable car to drive. Once we arrived at my home, Richard safely unloaded my car, accepted my payment via phone app. He was also able to provide and email me an invoice for the towing service so I could submit a copy to my insurance company. I highly recommend Richard's Towing. Richard earned my trust by providing clear and transparent communication. His pricing was fair and accurate based on the miles calculated and rate for the distance traveled. Richard was also very personable and showed much needed empathy and compassion after my accident. The guys at ZNT Towing went above and beyond on my service call. after waiting almost 2 hours for a…read moretriple AAA tow truck to come only to come and find out that the towing service they sent could not load my car on the flatbed because the car was without power therefore not able to access the trunk for the tow hook. so the driver was supposed to call in for a truck with a dolly to put the car on and after waiting 45 minutes I call AAA back just to find out that the driver never contacted another truck to come out on a service call. Therefore, after calling AAA back, they suggested I should call someone out side of their network and that they would reimburse me. And that's where ZNT Towing comes in. I gave them a call in the gentleman. I spoke to knew exactly how to get into the trunk with a jump box which is something I didn't even know. So I learned something new there. After getting into the trunk found out that my battery cable had came loose from when I had the battery installed they did not secure it down properly. So the gentleman had me follow him back to his shop where he secured the battery and tightened the cable. not only saving me a tow charge, but also not charging me to tighten and secure the battery. much appreciated and I would recommend them.

SAMER / ZNT TOWING IS A SCAM AND DID FRAUD WORK ON MY TRUCK…read more It was july 7th when my ball joint on my truck broke down, it was 2:30am so no other tow trucks were available an znt towing was the only place that answered. I asked if he could take my truck to toyota but he insisted that he would tow my truck for free and fix it for cheaper. Upon arrival he immediately stated that the upper an lower control arms need to be replaced an the cv axle as well. He then said he has it covered an he waiting on the tow truck to come. The next day my car is still there in street with all the weight on the quarter panel. We agreed that he was going to replace both upper/lower control arms, both cv axles and both ball joints. He sends me a invoice the next day stating that, $3000 total. We sent the check and wrote it off to samer an he cashed it the next day. Not only did he have my truck for 1 1/2 months because "we're working on getting the parts" but we also agreed for him to respray the clear coat on top of my truck. When I got my truck back he resused the damaged control arms, cv axle (HE ZIP TIED MY CV AXLE BOOT AN NOW THERE IS LEAKING GREASE), quarter panel bent because he let the weight of the car sit for a month and a half, there is dirt in the fresh clear coat he sprayed, he damaged my hood (scratches and clear coat over spray), rattle canned spray my wheels an now its already chipping off since he did no prep work, BUT HE INSULTED ME AND SAID IM JUST A KID THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CARS WHEN I TOLD HIM HE REUSED THE DAMAGE PARTS. He has ghosted me an refused to pay me back so now Im left with a damaged truck an having to take this to small court claims to get what Im owed back. Do not go to him for anything, he will do anything to maximize his profits while making you feel like hes giving you a deal
