The first time I visited this place I gave it a 2 star review and explained that I had issues with the food being overcooked. Well I decided to give this place a second chance in 2026 and I gotta say, they have really improved on their quality from the food and also the service most likely had a change in management since my last visit but becide the point, I got 10 boneless wings tossed in their gold rush sauce with a side of waffle fries all cooked to perfection everything was perfect even the fries were crispy. My only complaint would have to be the pricing, I got a small basket of fries that was $6 on their own, I guess Dicks Wings as a company changed up their menu and now are not offering combos anymore so everything was a seperate charge but I don't fault this exact location for that as that is a corporate decision. However I will come back for another plate of those delicious wings again soon. read more

We came to the restaurant this morning at 9:30 am to watch the Jaquars vs. Bears football game being played in London. They had a special breakfast menu with bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's for $20, as well as about 5 or 6 breakfast items. I opted for the loaded touches, which was a humongous serving with scrambled eggs, bacon, onions, tomatoes and questions. It was so big and so good. My husband went for the pancake breakfast, which also included bacon, and scrambled eggs. It really is a good place to watch a football game because they have about a dozen tvs all showing football games. At around 11 am they also started serving off of their lunch menu, which includes appetizers, salads, burgers, entrees and of course wings. read more

Giving this location a firm four out of four! We wound up coming here on a whim because I told my husband I wanted cheaper drinks and food (truth be told this or Xtreme Wingz would be his go to anyways). We arrived around 5pm and were quickly greeted and shown to our table by a hostess. Our server quickly came to the table and took drink orders. I can't remember her name, but she had blonde hair and was super nice. She said they run happy hour every day from 3-6pm, half off drafts, $5 cocktails, and $6 apps (certain ones). What a pleasant change of pace (no real price hikes). Our beers came out frosty cold, and we sat for a bit to enjoy our beer. We then decided to order a few more drinks on happy hour and ordered an app of cheese curds. They came out super quick. Please note, looks can be deceiving. These looked more like chunks of fried cheese, but let me tell you, they were quite tasty and did taste like cheese curds. We also decided to order ten boneless wings to share. They came out even quicker than the app, and these were doused in sauce and were quite good. All in all we'll be back, even just for some drinks and to catch a game. read more

Stopped for lunch today, saw the .99 wing promotion. When I asked about it was told they weren't running it right now so e they were having a "wing fest". Was told same price, but had to order at least 10, so I did and was asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese dressing. The taste of the wings were good, but was very surprised and disappointed on how really small the wings were. Then when I received the check, I noticed I was charged more than I should have been, when I asked about the price difference, was told after the server checked that I was charged extra for the ranch dressing that I didn't ask for or actually used(not much meat on the small wings, didn't need) I then asked to speak to the manager. I didn't even get the chance to eat here, I walked in and there were about 3 tables in the whole restaurant that had people, I was greeted and told to sit, where I then stayed for 15 minutes without another glance even being thrown my way; I like this restaurant so this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My wife and I have been twice so far. Both times were when DJ Sev7en was doing name that tune. It's always fun when he's hosting. During our last visit we got the loaded waffle fries without celery and bumblebee as our sauce. It was pretty good. This is definitely big enough to split. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. We have gone three times trying to give it a chance. The service is slow and horrible every time, and the food is cold by the time it gets to you. Every time they have had some event that would normally be fun but this tiny location has the Speakers so loud you can't talk to the person across from you and is headache inducing. read more

Don't let the 2.5 stars keep you away (like it did for me for a while). Decided to give them a shot and glad I did. Went on a Thursday which is kids eat for $2.99 and trivia. They also have a really good happy hour for food and drinks (see picture for happy hour details). The space isn't very big but it's nice and it's bright with a decent amount of windows. Service was solid and food was really good (everything we ordered was good from wings to buffalo chicken sandwich to really good fries). Definitely recommend and will be back for sure! read more

We love wings so we were excited to try this place. The wings were so disappointing!! No crunch on the skin, very soggy. They tasted like they were baked without any seasoning. The sauce had good flavor but that's about it. And the service was terribly slow - out server was nice but was serving way too many tables. Don't wear nice slacks here because almost EVERY vinyl upholstered chair is worn and ripped. You'll make pulls in your clothing. Not sure if my burger tasted good because the chairs caused loss of appetite. My husband said his chicken sandwich was pretty good. The restaurant is clean but not so much the restroom. read more

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at this location. We haven't been out for wings in quite some time because they're so expensive. However, when the tray came out with our boneless wings, we were AMAZED at how big they were. Made spending more money worth it. It's really hit or miss when it comes to ordering wings from here. I asked for my wings to be fried extra hard so that I wouldn't have to deal with big jiggly uncooked wings but this is what I got anyways. I've been to this location about a handful of times and 2 of those times have my wings been fried correctly as requested. These are 2 separate wings in the picture above that have pink still in the core of the wing and I just can't eat wings that look like that. I had to pick around the meat. This was my first visit to Dick's Wings after recently having moved to Nocatee. We went for a special event, as they opened early on a Sunday to broadcast the 9 AM Jaguars football game from London (they have lots of screens of varied sizes). Due to the early hour, the menu was limited to four items, so we had the "Ultimate Omelet." The food was decent breakfast food on that day, but it's not a fair representation of their food going forward. The service was where they really stood out! Our server Sarah K greeted us right away, brought drinks to the table quickly, and continued to check in on us through the game. The restaurant was pretty filled up, and oh-boy was she working at full speed and efficiency. With great service, decent food, reasonable prices and a fun vibe, we will certainly go back on a standard afternoon/evening for games and wings. read more

The food was a joke. The nachos were burnt to a crisp which isn't the drivers fault. They were inedible. The salads were soft and wilted. Also the protein or chicken wasn't added to the order. Should have been on the side which could be the drivers fault but unlikely. Regardless of the missing chicken the salad was old like it had been sitting out of the lettuce was previously frozen then used. Wings arrived cold but that is likely the drivers fault. Just moved to the area and we were sad to leave our old haunts behind...but finding a comfortable and unpretentious spot like Dick's Nocatee helps. Shelby is a FANTASTIC bartender. Friendly, attentive, remembered our names and orders, and made great recommendations. Food and specials can't be beat for the price. Generous happy hours every day. The food and drink were honestly the worst I've ever tried, and our large group had a variety of items from the menu. I ate there on Tuesday . they have very friendly staff, the restaurant was super clean, a nice positive environment. The food was excellent , very good and fresh, they don't use frozen food a nice plus and a far step above from fast food. I was very pleased. I was told by the staff a lot of new positive changes are in the near future , I really can't wait to go back to try some of the other dishes. They will have live entertainment and also trivia night, something for everyone . I think the new owners will bring this up to be a community hot spot to go to. I love Dick's Wings the wings are fantastic a variety of flavors and the loaded waffle fries are wonderful. But the Dick's Wings in Nocatee is not that good. This is my 4th visit to this establishment and every time is something new. My 1st visit the service was terrible and my waitress took forever to come back to the table. 2nd visit, I sat down with my company and didn't receive a waiter 15 minutes in. Third visit, I didn't have one server, I didn't have two servers I had three. None of the servers could get it together to even come back to the table and ask if we were ok or if we needed anything else. My 4th time, which most likely will be my last time, my table was sticky and the menu's I was given were filled with ranch or blue cheese sauce. I went to the bathroom to wash it off my hands and the restroom smelled like a public Porta Potty. I was Immediately disgusted and left the bathroom.
