We dined in on a Saturday and enjoyed beers with dinner. I ordered the crispy brussel sprouts which were piping hot and super tasty and the Cathy's salad which was a generous portion with lots of toppings and plenty of dressing. Another party member got a brisket sandwich (not pictured) which they enjoyed. We enjoyed beers with dinner and the ambiance of a casual, all are welcome vibe with kids and dogs included.

Had a great time with friends to grab a bite and some drinks. The wings were the star- the Alabama white sauce was so good and the wings were crispy and satisfying. Loved the outdoor patio area, very family friendly and good for big groups with picnic tables. This would be a great spot for a group gathering/party or to watch games.

Stopped in for a quick drink had the Intangibly Rich coffee porter and it was fantastic. The staff were very knowledgeable and personable. This would be a great place to watch the Jags play. Nice and spacious with plenty of tvs.

Strings Sports Brewery is a great microbrewery in Springfield neighborhood. They've renovated an old car garage building into a venue that can hold plenty of people! They have a great selection of beers and also provide food, mainly smoked bbq. I had their smoked chicken wings and I highly recommend the dry rub. The wings had a good fry and meat was moist on the inside! Definitely a great place to meet up with friends, bring your family, or have special events!

We come here often because it's easy with kids. Love the sports brewery concept...we actually live much closer to the beach location but downtown is great with the outside area with kids. The beach location has a kids area but wish it was bigger. Would be better if the entire one side was kids and the other outside patio was normal seating. Atmosphere is good, food is good. Wish there were more healthy options but the brussels are yummy. Wings and brisket are good. Kids love the Mac n cheese and pretzel with cheese.

Good beer, food and service. Enjoyed the smoked wings & the pretzel & beer cheese. My favorite was the smoked jalapeño hush puppies which was a special that day. I was also surprised at how spacious it was inside and I'm sure the outdoor area would be nice in the cooler months. Glad we lucked out with parking along the street close to the entrance.

Delicous food and amazing beer selection! Great service- our beer server was very sweet and informative. Our food came out in lightning speed. We came during the weekday on Wednesday and service wasn't too packed. We ate all our food and didn't leave a crumb behind. My husband ordered a triple crown beer and I ordered a flight of string music, section 215c best kid on the block and South Paw (creamsicle). We also ordered wings, burger, brisket beer cheese fries and onion rings.

Strings is an awesome brewery! Hubby and I have been here several times. I love that they serve food. Nothing beats a brewery especially one with good food. Their beer is very tasty! I really enjoy getting a flight here since they have a couple beers I really like. No See Dee and Rookie Mistake are two of my favorites. Their BBQ is pretty good for a brewery. I really like their grilled chicken sandwich and Caesar salad. We've also taken home a few growers. Make sure to browse their case before you leave!

First time at Strings Sports & Brewery as my wife & I are down for the Florida/Georgia game. When you enter there is a side you can order and get food delivered to your table & another side you can order beer & wine. Both sides have people that are friendly and wanting to make your stay a pleasurable experience. From the beer side I had a pint of String Music & Trail Run. Both were clean & fresh with no bitterness. My wife had a Sugar Kings brew and was also a good beer. Food wise we shared 10 smoked wings, Brussels Sprouts & Cajun Fries. The wings were excellent with the Alabama sauce & Hot BBQ sauce. Place has a nice vibe. The area is being gentrified and is turning the corner. Check it out if you're from out of town & if you're a local looks to be a great spot to catch a Jags game!

Inside is a little tight, but it is an old building with naked bricks, historic decor, a good sized bar and tables inside. Outside is a deck with covered tables, another area for corn hole and a food truck which has all the major bar food groups including churros. Sean was my beertender and he really was the best. They have a policy of holding your card for tabs which I really hate, but he made me feel comfortable about leaving my life in his hands. When I first walked in on a weekday during happy hour, it was pretty light, but around 4:30p the place started filling up. Happy hour is Monday - Friday until 6pm and they have 18 taps which qualify for happy hour. Plus they had 3 guest taps, both ciders. Ruby Beach has a mug club, it is about $80 for the year. You get a free beer on Tuesday as well as your own numbered mug. It is limited. So exclusive in fact that they do a raffle every August. Grit & Glow Lager 5.2% ABV... if you have ever smelled fabuloso that is what I first smelled when I put the beer to my lips, the beer itself is just as perfumey, not for me... but if you like those type of flavors in beer, you might like this one Rosemary In the Rye Pale Ale 5.5% ABV... all day crushable pale ale, with a slight hint of rosemary, basically the Mac Daddy plus rosemary O'Ruby's Irish Stout 5.5% ABV... smooth coffee with hints of toffee, so ver crushable, but it is way better warm Didn't get to try the food on this visit, but on a side note... the bathrooms are both unisex and CLEAN. Ruby Beach has great beer, great service and personality, everything I want in a brewery. Come visit and see for yourself.

I was thinking the outside looks like they made it with Lego, but Lego from an artisan. I especially love that they have Belgians on tap in Florida, where Belgians are few and far between. The Belgians here, including the hefeweizen were made with love. Before I forget, shouts out to Jeff for answering all my eclectic questions, and being a genuinely all around professional. Love your energy bro, low key and inviting, an authentically good person. My friend ordered us the Pork Belly Kimchi Fries, I got us an order of the Cheese Curds, and for my entree I got an order of the Asian Sticky Wings. I probably would have never ordered the kimchi fries on my own. Sometimes kimchi can be fickle and really hit or miss. It was definitely a hit here. More on the sweet and tangy side but worked really well. Fries seasoned perfectly, and the pork belly cubed and cooked to perfection. Out of all of the times I've been to Wicked Barley, these fries have to be one of the best items I've had from there. Cheese curds were pretty basic. Tasted great, but nothing to write home about. If you like Cheese curds, you'll enjoy theirs. I originally had my eye on the jerk chicken wings and I was warned by the waitress and my friend that they are REALLY hot. Jerk chicken is generally one of those thats right on the borderline of too hot for me. To give you an idea, if you're familiar with Butthutt BBQ's jerk chicken, theirs is as far as I can go for spice level. So I switched it up to be safe, and I am glad I did. Sweet and sticky, these had really great flavor inside and out. Would definitely get these again in the future. Brought a couple home to the hubby and he seemed to enjoy them too, and he normally doesn't like, what he refers to as, "sweet meat". I had three different beers in my favorite tasting style, sour. I had the PB&J sour, the mango sour, and the orange cream sour. The orange cream was my favorite of the 3. We enjoyed the sounds of the band Splittone in the background and enjoyed the whole vibe of our meal. I'm hoping to visit again on a future weekend and possibly bringing one of my pups along with me since they are dog friendly.

The burgers were a highlight; both the regular smashburger and the Bold City burger were excellent, and the tots were a great side to share. However, the pepperoni pizza was underwhelming. The atmosphere has a nice, laid-back vibe with live music, which we enjoyed. They had the preseason Jags game on, though the two TVs were out of sync by about 30 seconds, which was was kind of funny. Regarding comfort, the main area isn't air-conditioned; while there are fans and it wasn't unbearable on a warm evening, it is something to keep in mind. There is an air-conditioned room available, though it doesn't appear to have TVs. My only major frustration came after we left. We started a tab but left without officially closing it out. I expected a standard 20% gratuity to be added, but instead, over $20 was added as a tip, bringing our total to nearly $92. It would have been better to have more transparency regarding automatic gratuity on unclosed tabs. Overall, it's a cool spot with good burgers, but be sure to close out your tab before you leave to avoid any surprises.
