Jon Johnson was a great salesman. He was charismatic and patient. Whatever the issue is he'll work with it the best he could.

We got more then we anticipated in a truck and are extremely happy with our choice. JJ seemed to have a bad wrap In another review on yelp but in my opinion he was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the truck we wanted. It can be stressful buying a vehicle for anyone especially with a salesman who isn't listening to what you want and just trying to make a sale. JJ got all our boxes checked and then some. We are from NY and he also was very informative on purchasing out of state and personally taking care of calling our insurance agent for us. The truck was gorgeous upon pick up and they even gave us a full tank of gas! And wait! There's more! They took care of the motor vehicle paperwork too! Let's not forget we live in NY so that right there is amazing! We also got a free first oil change tune up and two more to follow after that! The finance manager was also very informative and made the transaction go smoothly. The dealership was very clean and put together with a big selection of cars and trucks. I would recommend them highly.

I brought in a 2019 Suburban for repair with notable transmission issues.  I asked that this be checked first and if all was good with that, to proceed doing other standard 80-90k maintenance work. After waiting roughly 3-4 weeks, I was told to pickup the truck - Paid the $6000 bill.  After minutes of driving the transmission issue was still fully present (which I was told there was not any upon first inspection), the car was making a new additional much louder noise than before. Back to dealership, dropped off again.  Got a call that they cannot figure out why the sound is worse after they just serviced it; but the transmission is not the problem.  They then stated they needed to go deeper in to the engine as there could be carbon build up or lifter issues.  Another 2-3 weeks go buy and I am told to come pickup.  Another $2,000 bill. Pick up the car and the loud sound the dealership created is now gone.  Took the car on a weekend road trip to test everything out.  While driving, the original transmission issues I initially reported were still present and progressed further in to excessive slipping and hard kicks from the transmission.  Called dealership and said it needed to come back in.  I was promised a rental car from Jen (Side note:  Jen quit during this time probably because she knew the kind of company she was working for and didn't want to constantly deal with disgruntled customers who have also been ripped off; I saw a few each time I was in their office).  The reason I was told I can expect a rental was because of the ongoing issues their techs couldn't repair as well as the huge wait time during each time the truck went in for service.   I waited more than a month to get a rental as I could not be without a car for that long again; I kept getting told maybe next week.  I finally had it, bought another car to use in the short term, and drove over and dropped my truck off a third time.  I told them to only call me when the car was properly fixed.  More weeks pass.  I called and emailed multiple times and received no call back.  I left messages for the service manager hoping to escalate but apparently, he was either always on vacation or hiding like a coward in the back office while the clearly stressed ladies in the office take the brunt from the effects of his weak management and non-existent customer service ability At about week 2 of waiting for answers with no communication, I drove over the dealership to get any update on the status.  Upon arrival, I was told that "we we're just going to call you today."  The next words "looks like the transmission (and a few other parts) are shot and need to be replaced" to the tune of $9600.  I was floored; asked for my keys and left.   Turns out the first issue that I asked to be looked at before anything else was the main problem all along (duh).  Why would they do any other service work to a truck that needs such a expensive major work done first?  I would not have opted to do any work knowing this up front; maybe they knew this too.   I just paid off the truck in full recently and thought I would "treat" my car by going to the dealership for a more expensive, yes, but assumed professional service from trained Chevy techs.  What I received was work done by incompetent techs that caused bigger problems than they solved.  Combine that with the obscene lack of customer service, communication or support.   IN SHORT: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.  THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER OR YOUR VALUABLE TIME.  ZERO STARS... PS: I'd also venture to guess most of these positive reviews are fake, bots or posted by friends, family, and employees of Hesser.

I take care of all the cars in my family (4) and I've never had this type of experience before. I called the shop, talked to the owner. he said I need the invoice, which I cannot locate. that's besides the point however, Am I supposed to shell out over 600 dollars every 4,000 miles on this car, replacing warranted junk with more free warranted junk? If you run a shop, your reputation rests on a lot of things, including the quality of your product. 4 months on a tie rod end when I've gotten over 10 years on other brands ? Gimme a break. Doubt I'll be buying anything important or expensive here anymore. Now in all fairness, I've used this store many times. The Owner/Manager is a true professional, he knows his stuff, is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They do carry some quality stuff. I actually feel bad writing this review, but when it comes to my money, time, and effort, I cannot afford to stand for a cheap ass part, I cannot be reimbursed monetarily or otherwise for the cost of the damage this has incurred.
