I learned about DCS from my countless hours spent on twitter, and when it was time to get my new stickers made, I knew I couldnt look anywhere else. I am currently in Washington, DC, but I lived out in Seattle for a short time back in '03-04', so when I learned that DCS was based in Seattle, it made it that much cooler to order from them! Anyway, down to business. The transaction started by email. I sent in my request with what I wanted (price quotes) and Ejay got back to me within a day or two. He sent me nice digital proofs with pricing, color, size, etc. After a couple of weeks, I finally put my order in. Turnaround time was awesome- I ordered 1000 stickers, which I guess is a pretty small order for them, but I got it within a week, including the shipping (about 7 biz days). Quality is superb. I ordered custom digital die-cuts. I was able to call them up and speak to them on the phone with questions I had, and I also paid over the phone. I had to order 8 stickers for a high school robotics club. They had waited until a little past the last minute. I emailed Ejay, at Die Cut Stickers and he quickly got back to me. We exchanged numerous emails. Ejay very patiently clarified my request. He quoted me a price that was 1/2 the quoted price of FedEx/Kinkos. After al my questions were answered and Ejay had enough info to process my order. . . I don't know where I found the nerve, but I asked if I could change the font. Ejay, said sure. I've been doing business with the crew at DCS for the last four or five years. I've never been let down. I'm from CT and have never had an issue shipping or emailing proofs and getting my end product in hand by the date in need it. Great stickers, decals, drink coasters, and soon to be magnets.
