They have a million drink combinations, so many flavors to choose from. Baristas were very friendly, coffee had good flavor and nice kick. I liked their drink sizes as well. This is a little kiosk type coffee shack with double drive-thru. Service was pretty quick. I tried it, liked it, and went back two more times. In all my crazy coffee adventures this coffee stand is one of the best I have found. The staff are always delightful, the Ambiance is welcoming and friendly and the coffee is out of this world! Like seriously. I am one of those basics who likes blended mochas and let me tell you... the way the make their coffee is so smooth and flavorful. Visiting my son in Oak Harbor WA and wanted local coffee not Star$. He doesn't drink coffee but has heard from co-workers that this place has good coffee. OMG!! Great coffee and not acidic, which my stomach loves! The staff was amazingly friendly and very kind to us when we pulled into the coffee hut the wrong way. My son was in his dress whites and didn't want to risk passing a cup of coffee over to me. They were very accommodating twice in one day!! Returned the next day for more and will be purchasing whole coffee beans to take back home to San Diego. Chocolate coffee bean bonus was a nice addition. Oh!!! I almost forgot!!! Yesterday tried the hot white chocolate with a shot of Blackberry. Really good......but I asked for huckleberry today and it was over the top DELICIOUS!!!! I tried the Chorizo burrito and a lotus peach drink. It was delicious food and the drink was good. The barista was friendly.

So I accidentally bought breakfast burritos from here for my shop rather than the coffee place right next to it, and I got these. They were melted to the wrapper and the fact that I payed 50$ for 6 1$ burritos and waited for 30 minutes was not worth it. They were also cold. read more

Jasmine, Coffee is good and usually consistent, and staff is friendly... Service is very, very slow! I will not stop anymore if there are two cars in line. Ya know, as much as I want to like this place.. I can't. I have heard way to many negative things to want to support this business. ANYONE can make your coffee, everyone knows you pick your coffee place based on your barista and that connection you have with them. It is very hard to do so when they are working for money and not cuz they actually enjoy their job. I recently had a friend get a job there, the lady who trained her for three days was very unprofessional, basically made her life hell, and made fun of her for not getting it fast enough. After the three days of training she decided to not keep her job for obvious reasons. They talk to customers as if they worked in a lingerie coffee stand, which again is gross and unprofessional. But I think my biggest complaint is one of my friends who worked for for many months has videos of bugs in their food, and they are told to just take the bugs out and still try and sell it. This place is gross. There is about 100 other stands on this island that you can support. Don't support this one. read more

Don't stop here. 15+ minute wait with only a single car in front of us in line. HORRID COFFEE. I seriously couldn't drink it, and I only get 4 shots of espresso over ice. Like the other Diedrich location I frequent, they didn't disappoint with their coffee special (a thin mint that came with a Thin Mint cookie!). There were a variety of snacks and breakfast/lunch items available, in addition to a diverse menu of hot and cold drinks. My favorite part, like every Diedrich stop, are the chocolate covered coffee beans that come with every drink. The staff were super nice and attentive, and service was quick! I'll definitely stop there next time I'm in the neighborhood. read more

We usually visit this particular coffee shop because for the most part they're pretty consistent with how they prepare their coffee. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because while in line I watched a barista pet a customers dog while feeding it a treat. I immediately back out and left. Perception is reality... I automatically thought of the individual preparing my drink and was grossed out. For those "Dogs mouths are cleaner than humans" individuals talking out the side of their neck. This is the only coffee stand in town I will go to even if it means driving across town just for coffee. The baristas are always friendly and nice. The coffee is strong and flavorful which is never the case when ordering elsewhere. Elsewhere lattes taste like burnt weak coffee flavored milk. Here they taste like a latte should. Used to love this place, have been a daily Coffee Purchaser from this stand from 1998. Miss ABBEY, one of the best Barrister's in WA! Since the "Bldg" has been upgraded in the last 3 years and Abbey left it has not been the same. Ok coffee and semi ok customer service. Hadn't been back to this place in years. Americano was good and they put 2 shots in it for free not 1 like some other shops. I pulled up and girl robot 1 opened the window, as soon as I put my order in as she turned around girl robot 2 came from the back to take my money. I once found road kill in the road with more enthusiasm and character. It was like yeeeah I got coffee but became instantly depressed at their robot like mannerisms. I will just go and pay for the extra shot at cafe delisio. Oh and one of these reviews here not saying which one works at the shop there, so that's not a valid review. for shame! I used to work for this stand and then became a loyal customer of Espresso Connection years ago when I still lived in Oak Harbor. Today was the first time visiting again since then and was EXTREMELY unimpressed. So much that I felt it was necessary to post about my experience. (This is the first time ever posting a review online.) I pulled up to the drive thru and was ignored by the three girls inside. They were preoccupied with the customer at the other window, looked over at me and (i assume because none of them recognized me) carried on chatting up the other customer, without so much as an acknowledgement. When, finally, I was greeted, it was with a blank stare. I said "hey, how are you?" Response: an uncomfortable "staring contest" until she realized I wasn't going to just spurt out my order, despite the awkwardness. Finally, she speaks! And the first words spoken to me are: "So...what are we having then?" After ordering and watching her let the shots that she put in my iced americano expire, only after I tipped did I get any shred of customer service. This experience is very unfortunate for both myself and this business because my preference is EC. I will be missing the quality of drinks that I know they are capable of making, and they will be missing the opportunity to have made a frequent and loyal customer of me again. read more
