We provided an extensive list of items to repair and they also made another recommendation that was not visible to us. Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood." Absolutely would NOT recommend this company under any circumstances…read more Our experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. The work was not done properly, several items we discussed were never completed, and communication was practically nonexistent. We called for nearly two months trying to get updates on when the job would be finished and could never get a straight answer. The only way we got any information was by physically showing up at the shop. The biggest issue? We were never informed about storage fees being added -- and by the time we received the bill, there was nearly $8,000 in storage charges alone. That was never clearly communicated upfront. On top of that, the final bill was roughly double what we had originally discussed. We are now preparing for a legal dispute over the charges and the incomplete work. In my opinion, this company operates in a way that feels deceptive and extremely unprofessional. The owner is friendly right up until it's time to hand you the bill -- then everything changes. If you value your time, your money, and your property, take it somewhere else. Learn from our mistake. STAY AWAY if I could give less than a star I would.

Came in for a fuel related issue. I advised it was likely fuel pump or fuel lines. Matt said it was…read moremy injector O rings and replaced them for $1500+tax. No change to performance whatsoever. Upon further inspection myself the injectors control pressure module on the fuel bowl was cracked/leaking as well as fuel leaking from the send/return lines and near the fuel selector valve. On top of that, my truck got broken into on his lot breaking the vent window and stealing tools/radar detector. Matt said it was the "cost of doing business these days". Bottom line: I took my truck in knowing I had fuel issues and he didn't check the whole fuel system-- went straight to the injectors to do the most expensive job he could while my main fuel issues persisted. WORST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
