This is a horrible company if I could give him less than one store I would all they care about is trying to get rich on every vehicle thats in there shop they try to send you home with a halfway working truck so when you really drive your truck you realize it's not running it right they said they didn't go near that and they can look up at it for another $180 an hour I got my truck back and pipes were blowing off it if the owner wasn't in the truck with me he would of said it wasn't his fault and I could pay him more money to look at it cuz that's what happened the next day a different hose blew off and he told me it's not his fault and I can pay them more money after I gave you $4,000 to fix it right worst companies I've ever came across!!! read more

If you want to be overcharged have your vehicle sit for a month, not even get straight results as to what's wrong with your vehicle and have your vehicle left in pieces. Then this is the shop for you, horrible service from customer service to tech service. Techs work whenever they feel they want to socialize, and leave work early. Then when your vehicle finally gets looked at, it's left in pieces when you pick it up. Then proceeded to charge me a ridiculous price for a half assed job. Would not ever recommend anybody to take their diesel here. This shop is absolutely a disgrace, if I could give this company a no star review I would. read more

My truck was left for three days. All that was fixed was an oil change and window button. They missed my rear airbags, the horn on the steering wheel and batteries are shot. This place is a joke, they over charge and work when they want. They hooked up my truck to a diagnostic sensor and couldn't even open their eyes to actually looking at my truck. Anyone who takes their vehicle here will be ripped off and over charged. Owner gave me excuse after excuse about vehicles being onions and they have layers to them. Give me a brake, the damn horn is broken. Have a tech actually look at the truck. read more

They repaired my exhaust manifold gasket on my Dodge diesel. The repair was fine for 10 months. Now I has an exhaust leak again. I've attempted to reach Gene by phone and email for over a week, to no avail. If you are looking for a shop to stand behind their work, it's apparent to me that this shop will NOT! I had my clutch replaced with a Dual Disc Southbend clutch September of last year. Instantly I had issues with it not Disengaging the clutch correctly. I called and they said it needs to be broken in after 500 miles and it will work like it's supposed to. Called after 500 miles with the same issue. They said wait until 1000 miles. Called back and still said the same thing. After a few months of this issue I tried calling them to figure out the issue. I was told by Gene to get in touch with A-1 transmissions to see if they knew what could be the issue instead of having me bring the truck in. I tried calling Gene at the shop several times over the span of a month. Several times a day several times a week. Wasn't able to get ahold of them at all. I finally got ahold of Gene and told him I was still having issues with my clutch but I was going to take it to Maxtorq diesel to get it looked at and He said okay. Rob At Maxtorque had it tore down and found that Dissel Day dreams had installed my clutch forks backwards causing the issue and caused my throwout bearing to prematurely wear. I let Gene know about the problem. He apologized and said he would talk to Wade but he would help Me out with the cost. I sent Gene the bill and he said he would get in touch with Wade. Didn't hear back for a few days so I called and Gene said they had to Figure out whether Dustin the technician was going to pay for it out of his pocket or if The shop was. Didn't hear back for a few days and Gene then Told me they aren't going to cover the cost to get it fixed correctly since it was at another shop. Tried getting in Contact with Wade but Wouldn't tell me when Wade would be in the shop. This shop doesn't stand behind their quality of work. I would recommend taking your Cummins to Maxtorq diesel in Golden. My truck was fixed correctly before lunchtime in one day and they answer the phone every time. read more

I have mixed experiences with this place. I have taken my truck to the shop twice, the first time I left satisfied, the second experience I am very disappointed in. The first time I had my truck taken in for new injectors and head studs. They quoted me far less for the injector and head studs job compared to any other shop in the area which I was pleased about. They stuck to their quote on the job. I don't have any problems with the work so far although it took 2 weeks when I was quoted for 4-5 days. The second time I brought in my truck for minor stuff, like a new ignition, power steering, and my exhaust break wasn't working. The shop broke my stereo head unit screen while working on my ignition. Additionally, the door locks that they replaced were loose inside. The lock mechanism inside the door was left completely loose after being replaced. The whole lock pushed straight through the door of my truck when I tried to unlock it the second time. I asked to have my exhaust break fixed, they told me they replaced a simple relay, but when I got there the exhaust break was completely dead and not fixed at all. On top of all this, they had my truck for 3 weeks when I was told it would be less than a week of a job. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend a friend to bring their vehicle there. I also would not bring my vehicle back. They were nice to work with and tried to make me happy but they fell short of expectation. They were helpful with trying to fix my issues and I don't believe they are unscrupulous in any way. It just seems like they were a little overwhelmed and didn't pay as much attention to detail and they should. read more

I called ahead to see if they do basic work like up-pipe replacement, fix oil leaks, performance upgrades and they said to come down so they could have a look. When I got there, I listed all the things I thought were wrong with it (it was from a pre-purchase inspection I had done before I bought the truck). I knew I was in that $2-3K range. I came back 2.5 hours later and they said they agreed with everything I had listed previously and didn't have anything to add. They said they would get me some quotes the next day. As I was talking to them, I really got the feeling like I was unwelcome there; maybe not their "type" of customer. It's been about a month and I never heard back.
