My son dropped his car off on a Monday with the expectation it would be done by Thursday, when we called Thursday they hadn't even looked at it. The person that answered the phone was highly disrespectful and said they had plenty of customers and we could take the car somewhere else. Lived up to expectations, heard good things about this car shop prior. Had the dreaded battery symbol pop up on me one day and two business's AutoZone and Walmart told me "bad battery". Swapped for a new battery and battery symbol kept on popping up hours after, so I took it to Lee's. When I arrived I immediately met Lee, and he was straight forward about battery symbols more than likely not being a battery issue but an alternator problem. Indeed he was correct and more importantly honest with me the entire way. Rare from a repair shop that I felt a sense of honesty, relatability and realness from the get go to the invoice. I have found an honest car repair place. I didn't think they existed anymore. As a woman I am always on guard for the upsell. Not here. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and at a very fair price. Place is very close to my home which is another advantage. Everytime I've come here everyone has been extremely pleasant and helpful. They do great work, at a great price. They've done other work on our van, but today I brought it in really worried something was VERY wrong with it. They took the van in that day, and Lee called me back a couple hours later and told me the wheels were just loose (I guess they didn't get tightened down all the way when a different place changed the tires out.) They tightened them down how they should be, told me no charge, and sent me on my way. The van needs some big work coming up and I won't take it anywhere else but Lee's. Had some confusion at first with this place, but Lee pulled it through. Lee is a knowledgeable mechanic, and his staff are dedicated. Right after I took my car in Lee was in an accident and was injured. His staff was trying to carry the entire load while he was recovering. In hindsight they were doing a pretty good job. All said and done the the car runs much better, and we will take it back if we need any other work. I am now more than confident in Lee's skills. I took my daughter's car to Lee's after spending over 1200.00 getting thing repaired and still had the same problems. Lee's said give him about two days to diagnose the problem. Within those two days Lee called and said he found the problem, would repair it and I could pick her car up before closing. My daughter has been riding every since. Very pleasant experience. So nice to find a shop that is honest and timely. Normally I do the work on my car because of past experiences with shady shops but I was relieved to find Lee's. I needed an alternator replacement and they had the part ordered and car finished in just a few hours. I realized as they were working that I had a warranty on the old alternator they called the place I purchased it from to verify and gave me the warranty no problem. I didn't have to lift a finger. i would not do business with these people i bought a f350 diesel truck from the owners father i got feed a line from the begining of the sales pitch anyway when it was all said an done i was out $3,500 dollars an it started with a wheel seal water pump clutch 2 front tires fuel pump an less than 6 months the engine took a dump it was pouring oil it was hiden from me an i was lied to oh an the ac quit was charged upon buying had bad leak water pump was $80 done all the work me an my dad wheel seal was a full day for rear an $50 for parts an oil clutch fan was $160 2 front tires $360 285/75/16 fuel [ump $30 an then the biggie the 7.3 $1000 dollars an i got a deal from a friend plus $150 for a tow $5330 an that was just for the truck an parts as i said me an my dad did the work took us a week to get the engine out an another one in we did all this at home free time had to go to work also just giving you a idea find you a honest place to do business with thank you for reading read more
