Pizza was absolutely fabulous. We had a pepperoni, jalapeño, and honey Detroit style pizza. Was some of the best pizza I've had in Arkansas, if not the best. I've had pizza in New York, California, Denver, and about everywhere in the south, as a reference. I will certainly be back and think this place is criminally underrated / not getting near as much business as it should. Drink options are a bit limited, from what I could tell they only had bottles of coke, Diet Coke, water, tea, and sprite. The guy ringing us up was clear and instructive about the differences of New York vs Detroit. I appreciated him letting us ask questions and his helpfulness! My only complaint is that there wasn't a bit more honey on the pizza and the music which appears to be the vibe they are going for. Typical Italian music. We thought we'd try this place as reviews had favorably compared it to Paxton's Pizza. Since we like thick crust, we went with the Detroit Pizza. They only have one size pizza, so there is not selections there. We ordered the Detroit "meaty" pizza and cheese bread sticks. It took about 20-25 minutes to get them. While it was good, I cannot say it was anywhere near as good as Paxton's pizzas. The dough was thick and flavorful. The toppings were a disappointment as the meats were quite limited and the sauce was a spoonful plopped on top of everything. We ate half the pizza (2 pieces each) and half bread sticks and took the rest home. While the dough was good in the restaurant, it does not reheat very well as it got extremely tough. We are not taking this place off our list of places to go as it will be good on a Sunday when Paxton's is closed. read more

**My review is based upon our first visit and experience. We will certainly be trying their pizza again so I'm sure I will update my review to a more accurate representation of what I think of their restaurant.** Firstly, the staff is extremely friendly and cordial. Even though they were clearly busy, I was greeted promptly and respectfully. I did have to wait longer than expected with a phone order. I arrived when they said it would be ready but I still had to wait about an extra 15 minutes. Not the end of the world at all obviously, and again they were definitely busy. When my wife called in to place the order she was given a recommendation to do a Detroit style pizza to better feed 3 people. I was unaware of this and when I checked the pizza while leaving I was shocked to find a rectangular pizza. That's foreign to me and it caught me very off guard! lol! I gave it the benefit of the doubt though. Though I can definitely agree it was plenty to feed 3 people (a preteen black hole of a boy, my pregnant wife and myself), I personally did not care for that style of pizza. Not just the shape and texture, I was not impressed with the overall flavor either. It may be some people's thing though which is fine... weird, but fine. However, I would not personally order it again. We will go more traditional with our next order. Where henceforth I will update this review. Pricing seems par for the course for non-chain restaurant pizza. I would definitely pick Different Dough over just about any other chain restaurant. read more
