I also love feeding the wild birds and they stock lots of seed and feeders for your fine feathered friends! And if you have pet birds, you'll be happy with aisles full of finch, parakeet, canary, cockatoo and parrot (and other bird) items! The dog section is huge for you puppy parents... check it out! And the aquariums full of fish are cool as well. Don't forget the little hamsters and other little furry creatures... as far as pet stores go, this one is pretty clean. The vivacious cashier, Vegas, is always pleasant and helpful. I have their PetSmart savings card which saves me a few bucks. Lots of parking. This is our family's personal, fair, and factual account of our personal experience of the lack of professionalism, compassion, and/or care displayed by their volunteer Pam Hall. The wash stations were clean, and they provided shampoo and conditioner, which made everything super convenient. One suggestion would be to also keep grooming brushes or shampoo brushes, and scrubbers available for customers to use. That would be very helpful!! On today's visit I bought several water plants that will provide cover and a safe nursery for our baby fish this spring and summer, and a filter for our pump. Ian assisted me in selecting the water plants and gave me a comprehensive explanation of how to see clues about which water hyacinth will put on a blossom. The garden pond was my husband's Quarantine project and it has brought nothing but joy to us since 2020. The Watergarden Center has played a significant role in the success and beauty of our garden pond.

However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. They were able to fit my two dogs in last minute which I appreciated and they did an excellent job. Even if it was a sub optimal groom, having an owner who works with customers to try and navigate problems and make them right makes this business stand out. Thank you!
