After my endoscopy, I woke up with a swollen, busted lip and throat/neck pain that lasted for more than three days. When I reported this, the physician suggested I pay out of pocket for a scan of my neck--despite the pain clearly resulting from the procedure performed in their office. The procedure itself began more than two hours late, the staff was unfriendly, and my personal belongings were accessed while I was under anesthesia. Even more troubling, there were abnormal findings from my CT scan that was also performed here , that were never disclosed to me by the physician. After this encounter, I sought treatment from another physician for a second opinion, as my symptoms continued. That doctor informed me of abnormal findings that the original provider never disclosed. When I tried to voice my concerns and file a formal grievance, management dismissed me and the provider told me that what I experienced was "normal and standard." No patient should leave a medical procedure in pain, feeling unheard, or with their personal items handled without consent. And no patient should have abnormal results hidden from them. If you want to feel safe, respected, and properly cared for, I strongly recommend looking into a different medical office.

I had a severe headache, my gown was soaked on my left shoulder, my nose was pouring clear liquid, I was coughing and I had bitten my tongue pretty bad. I had heard the anesestiologist tell the nurse I had aspirated, which he later denied saying. When I was getting dressed, I asked the nurse if I had thrown up and she said yes. When I got home and looked at my release papers, there was no mention of this. A nurse called to see how I was doing and I told her what happened and asked why wasn't it noted on my records or why I wasn't suctioned. She said she would check into it. I never got a call back. Two days later, my nose was constantly running, sometimes being a very yellow liquid and coughing up green phlegm along with a sore throat and terrible cough with a low grade fever. I felt like it could lead to pneumonia because there was so much fluid. I was feeling much worse by then. I called his office back to be told my records indicated my procedure was normal other than having 3 polyps removed. An employee told me if I felt that bad go to the emergency room. I went to my regular Dr. She gave me a very strong antibiotic for infection, cough meds, steroid nose spray and an allergy rx for my symptoms. I couldn't get anyone to give me a straight answer so I went to their office yesterday. Same thing. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. Some hateful larger woman came to the window and said she remembered talking to me. I asked if the Dr was aware of my situation. She laughed and said of course. He was in the room. I assume she didn't understand my concerns. After speaking to another office woman, she said they didn't know what goes on in the surgery room. I finally talked to a woman who heard me out but had nothing to add. This was right outside the Dr's own office. He didn't bother to speak to me. I do know some of these symptoms are normal but some could have been avoided if I had known from the start. All I wanted was the truth. If you ever wake up from surgery and know something isn't right , do not leave until it's noted in your records. I hope by leaving this review, someone else is spared from having to go through this.

I have also called several times a week asking about a referral for an X-ray that needs to be completed elsewhere, and no one has followed up with me. To make matters worse, this office is actively asking people to leave Google reviews while failing to handle basic patient needs. Asking for public praise while neglecting patient care feels dishonest and incredibly tone-deaf. I did not want to believe the reviews, but they are absolutely true. This office has been unresponsive, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Please avoid going here and save yourself the hassle.

The front desk is efficient. The signage posted is clear. Typically, for an office visit, the waiting time is 5-10 minutes. It is the same with waiting for the provider to enter the exam room. The time for waiting for a procedure is anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. The nursing staff is very caring, and the providers take their time to answer all your questions.
