I was so nervous because of the horror stories everyone tells you about mammograms. Kristen made it so easy and there was no discomfort at all. Rhonda was amazing from the time I called to the time I finished with my appointment. I had a bad experience and was supposed to get my mammogram done at Wayne Radiology but the staff was so rude on the telephone that I cancelled and Carolina Imaging was able to get me in for an appointment the next day. To anyone who thinks that pain and discomfort and attitudes is just something you must deal with when it comes to your mammogram, I say come here because I didn't have to deal with any of that and was in and out in probably 30 mins or less.

I called the office and they immediately accommodated me considering I had drove 30 miles to get there. The office was spotless and all of the equipment was state of the art. Mrs. Rhonda was extremely nice and courteous and Kisten is extremely professional and makes the process as comfortable as possible. I also received my results within 2 hours!! The ladies at the front desk have their act together. They were friendly and efficient. The xray tech was wonderful. She made the process quick and painless. What a pleasure to witness first hand just how easy it can be to do a job and do it well.

I visited this doctors office on 09/30/2019 and was extremely sick with a bad cough and cold. I was…read moreplaced in the X-ray room and asked to sit there until an actual patient's room was ready. The nurse asked me for my symptoms, then moved me to a regular room. Dr. Tabe came in the room and was in there for MAYBE 5 minutes tops and cut me off while I was talking to tell me that my temperature and stiff was normal, but we would do X-rays and Blood work. They sent me for X rays and bloodwork within the office, and that was the last I even saw of this doctor. I was told I would be contacted the following day. Today is 10/16/2019 and I still have not heard anything AND on 10/04/2019 (the friday of the same week) my sickness got so bad I had to end up being driven to Immediate Care and was seen by another doctor. I reached out to this office this morning and the best thing the secretary told me was "We can reschedule you for a follow-up visit". Just so they can bill my insurance again!!! I will NEVER be returning to this office again, and strongly recommend you DO NOT go here if you are sick. If you just need a note for an excuse to miss work, feel free ‍

Only saving grace was they told me a place I could go a few miles down the road, and what do you know they saw me instantly and saved my morning. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Did not have an appointment. Signed in on October 28, mid morning. Did not have to wait long…read more Gave the person who called me in the Dr.'s orders. She never spoke to me. Asked her co-worker a question about the labs. Lab work was drawn in 1 and 1/2 vials. I thanked her and left. Doctors office called me and asked when I was going to get my lab work-told them I had the labs drawn on October 28 in the mid morning. My Doctors office called me and they spoke with Quest Labs in Goldsboro and said I never had the labs drawn! I drove back to Greenville today, November 19 to have the labs drawn at my Doctors office. I can tell you the date, time and place I had the blood drawn. I can tell you which chair I sat in, and describe the person who drew my blood. Elizabeth Kannan
