You should know how much it takes for me to leave a nasty review like this. In March, 2026 I was…read moreworking with P.A. Bryan Cronk, and I needed to start on a new medication because Medicaid stopped covering the one that had had my Crohn's in remission for years. Dr. Cronk's team spent a solid two and a half weeks messing up getting me the new med. I spent that entire time getting sicker and sicker, and facing apathy, confusion, incompetence, and even a bald-faced lie. The two people that are the problem are Titus C. (I think he's the head nurse), and Heidi, the chief medical assistant. They both consistently tell me to call people that know nothing about my case and can't help, and Heidi couldn't figure out how to fax the prescription over to Walgreen's for 2 full days, and lied about calling Walgreen's to figure it out (the pharmacist at Walgreen's had no memory or record of a phone call). Once I finally got that med, I developed anti-bodies, rendering it ineffective. I'm now working with a whole new doctor at this office (Dr. Kershner), but unfortunately Titus and Heidi are on her team too. It's now 7/31/26, and I've been trying to get started on a new med since 7/6. It's still endless confusion and incompetence from these same two people, and I'm getting genuinely worried about becoming hospitalized. I realize this might all make me sound entitled and unreasonable, but I've been breaking my back this entire time playing phone-tag, and sometimes driving around town on wild goose chases, all while getting sicker and sicker. If you have other options (which I don't) avoid this office like the plague.

My doctor stopped taking virtual appointments and I was looking for an expert, especially to treat my mold issues. Dr. Waters took a thorough history, ordered appropriate tests, and got to the core of my issue quickly. She worked with me on a treatment plan appropriate to my many sensitivities. We've only been working together a short time, but I feel better than I have in a few years. I am grateful to have found Dr. Waters' expertise and patience and I look forward to recovering.

I have never had bad service from anyone at this wonderful facility. They have been taking care of my entire family for years and they are so caring and kind. If it's not covered I can't request a prior authorization. I have provided a copy of the OTC product list that I found online. (this is below).
