As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!

Shortly before my appointment I hurt my lower back and had even more side effects from that, that became concerning so I wrote up my symptoms and some questions for the doctor. When I went in for my first appointmnet I was surprised at how many people there were and stood in line for awhile. They took my insurance information then had me give a urine sample and then take a seat to be called. The shear volume of people was crazy, but I figured with the long list of doctor's at this practice it wasn't that big of a stretch. I waited for about 20 to 25min and they called me back to see Dr. Chevli. With questions in hand I went back with my husband and we met Dr. Chevli for the first time. He was a very pleasant and thorough doctor and set up a panel of tests to be run to find out what the problem was. I was still having UTI symptoms but tested negative for infection so he gave me my slip for the blood work and testing and I was sent to scheduling. I felt at ease with this doctor and knew I would be back because of this. They were able to draw my blood work there and also ran a series of tests to check my bladder. Scheduling was a grueling wait and at least one of my visits there I had to leave before being scheduled due to having other appointments, but they were happy to schedule over the phone. The staff seemed over worked, but polite and efficient. After all my tests were run I was diagnosed with Interstial cystitis and recieved medication to relieve my symptoms, followed up with a bladder stretching which I have done several times now. The doctor always came in with a calm and reassuring demeanor and always stated that he would get me some relief soon and he did. I did not give them a 5 star because of the sheer wait there was when scheduling tests and appointments and some of the staff seemed over worked and frustrated. And also because of their lax covid meassures. As I am immuno compromised, can get sick easily and wear my mask most of the time even as mask mandates loosened. Dr. Chevli is an amazing doctor and I trust him immensely. He is kind, has a wonderful bed side manner and if you are in need of an urologist I would highly recommend!

There is no communication with the dr and you do not get any explanation of what the treatment path will be, just someone telling you to pick up your prescription. you will never be able to talk to a human when you call, but will always have to leave a message, which will not be answered by anyone who really knows what is going on. they have contractors that call you at 7:30 in the morning or after 7:30 at night. in most cases you do not get any response until the following day, so if you have to call on a friday you will not get a reply until the following monday. horrible

However now I'm realizing the benefit of having a doctor who has the time to ask you a bunch of questions and he actually listens to the answer.
