I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. It wasn't as easy as I thought. I designed an invitation, rsvp card and reception details and set up the file to print on the same sheet of paper. I wanted black thermography type printing which has raised text. It didn't take long to read a few reviews here and get the feeling that I was in the right hands with Heston Graphics. Once I met with Lon I quickly felt like he was treating me like I was family. He relentlessly helped adjust all the files so they were lined up properly, fixed some sizing issues and added cut marks for his machines to read. He also caught a major spelling error I made that would have had to be reprinted. He spent so much time perfecting the files... borders, sizing etc AND gladly waived the hourly design fee. He has a heart of gold and I knew, like myself, his goal is an amazing finished product. One of his many specialties is foil stamping. I wanted a logo stamped with black foil and Lon got it done while other companies told me the location desired just wasn't possible. He also redesigned it to look more impressive and took the time to vectorize a photoshop file. Lon is lightyears beyond an expert in his craft and truly cares to perform the greatest work possible all while treating you with white glove service.. Heston Graphics is a mix of old world craftsmanship with new era graphic art capabilities. The very best part is that care and service of yesteryear remains alive and well here.. pretty rare these days. I'm now brainstorming for projects that I can work with Heston Graphics on for my business as well.
