My electrolux washer was taking forever to fill and was giving error codes. Electrolux sent digital warrior out to fix it. The technician said I need a new motor (or pump. Can't remember it was so long ago.). Never heard from them again. I called several times, no call back. I called Electrolux they said call digital warrior. It's been over a year. Good thing it's a summer home. I wouldn't use these guys to pick up my dog poop. Totally useless. If there was less than 1 Star i would give it. read more

Had to use these folks under the manufactures (Whirlpool) warranty. Brand new dishwasher (in a new build) and the lower spinning water arm came completely off and melted the piece that attached it. Told the girl on the phone the part# so the technician could bring the part with him on Thurs (it was Wednesday) She said she couldn't get the part overnight, so I'd have to wait until the next Thurs. 8 days later guy shows up, no part with him. Wait another week, in the meantime dishwasher is leaking all over my brand new floor. Shut off water to sink/dishwasher. Guy shows up week later with part, drops it in (he's there for like 5 min.) says, "All good." I ask him about the leaking and he says, he's sure its fine now. I insist he turn it on and test it and dishwasher immediately throws error code and gushes water all over my new floors. He was literally going to leave without even testing the dishwasher. He looks at me and says, "your going to need another part." No kidding, Einstein. He tells me he'll come on next Tues. (it was Thursday but Tuesday comes and no repair guy, I text him and replies he made a mistake and it will be Thursday again. Pretty sure if I hadn't texted him I never would have heard from him until Thursday. I had made an appt on Thurs because he told me it would be TUESDAY!! Thankfully my husband said he'd cover the appt. and Dishwasher finally got fixed. Took over 3 weeks which really impacted my home baking business. There was literally no customer service or attention to detail from this company and if this is who Whirlpool contracts for their new warranty work I'll never buy another Whirlpool appliance again. read more

Ricky replaced a fan with a used one and in doing so broke the thermister that regulates the temps in the fridge and freezer. The unit ran constantly due to Ricky's incpmpetence and burned itself out. I had to replace the unit after spending $367.00 to fix it. Ricky then lied to me saying he would refund my payment which he has not done. Now he will not return my calls. This company is corrupt and incompetent. Find another service even if you have to wait. read more

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. My hotpoint chest freezer thermostat died yesterday, I called Lowe's where I purchased it. Since it was only 7 months old, under manufacturers warranty, I was told to contact Hotpoint. I did so, found that Digital Warrior is the contractor repair for Hotpoint. Numerous calls were made, both by Hotpoint and me. Finally, after nearly 24 hours the call is returned. After several conversations with Constance, I was told they don't service my area, 18 miles SE of St. Johns. I am on a well maintained County Road!! I was told to load up the freezer and meet the technician in St. Johns and he would take care of it!! I am a 66 year old, single(widow) and I'm supposed to load up the freezer (full) and then unload it when I get home? Just so you, the contractor doesn't drive an extra 18 miles--wow!! Customer Service at its "best!" Thanks for nothing. Hotpoint will hear about this as well as Lowe's. When I was finalizing the last conversation with Constance, I commented on the review I would be writing. She sent a text saying, remember they didn't sell me the freezer! You are the only Hotpoint contractor repair in NE AZ but you won't service east of St. Johns. Pitiful!! read more

We have used Digital Warrior for the past 4 years between our home, my dads and my sons home. They are phenomenal. Tyrone, extremely professional, and one of the most knowledgeable service people we have had since we've lived up on the mountain the last 12 years. We were selling our home and at the closing and item came up that needed to be addressed immediately. We contacted their office and they had, Tyrone, who we had specifically requested out within two hours. The stove was repaired and we were able to close the sale! I could go on and on and on about the issues we have had with different companies, but we've never had to have them come back and all the years we've used them. Their repairs have stayed solid. We've had no issues. I see periodic reviews here that are one star, and I'm sure things come up from time to time no matter what company you speak with or use. We always refer this company and if our home has a house warranty, we request them if feasible they allow us to use them. They are extremely reasonably priced and trust them implicitly. read more

I can't review this company's work, because I spoke with some guy last week, name started with a "D." I told him my problem about an element gone bad in my Whirlpool dishwasher, even gave the model number, my phone number, and he said he'd look into it and call me back w an estimate. He never did. I wouldn't even think about calling this clown again, so unprofessional. Might be an opening in Wal-Mart for this dude. read more

We had used Digital Warrior before and no problems. We called them again when our ice maker went out. The technician ordered the wrong brand and part for out refrigerator. Then we the part was installed the temperature display and functionality went out. Of course, the technician said the display wasn't working when he started. We went from bad to worse. read more

We just had Ricky from digital warrior come to fix our microwave. Ricky was so professional and friendly . He fixed it really fast and only charged the $100 service call. I used them for a warranty repair paid for by the manufacturer and at least it cost me nothing. It broke again immediately as soon as the factory warranty was up and this time they charged me $250 for a lid switch that costs $50 max and it took several trips to get that to work. Now it went out again and they "warrentied" it but did not fix it properly so it was still screwed up. Their tech was unpleasant to my tenants so when they called me with the latest estimate for bad repairs I just gave up and told them how much their service has sucked for us. Leaving a family with 3 small children with no washer in a rural area is not the right way to operate a service business ! I just gave up on them and bought a new washer with a 5 year warranty which at $150 per year including a full guarantee is cheaper than letting them continue to abuse me financially and the family washerless while they wait around. Had loud high pitched noise from dryer. Digital Warrior didn't have the bearing kit in stock so they ordered it and came by appointment in about a week. The tech was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the belt along with the bearing kit. Now the loud noise is gone, and the price for both parts, labor, & service call were very reasonable. I'm happy with the results, especially not having to buy a new washer/dryer set. read more

We had our first experience with Digital Warrior today. The serviceman arrived a few minutes early, repaired a leak in our refrigerator and replaced the latch in our dishwasher. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even gave us some good pointers on extending the life of our older refrigerator. Very helpful! We will definitely call them again. Digital Warrior diagnosed all the issues with our appliances and worked well with our warranty company. We were apprehensive to try them because we haven't had much luck wiith appliance repairs here. But what a great suprise!! Richie came out within a couple of hours after I called. Which ended up being in the evening . Didn't matter. They put us first. Richie left and got the part we needed. He came back and installed the part. Even though it was 8:00 pm when he finished.
