Once again we needed Nick's services and he absolutely did not disappoint! Our washer went out in our rental on a Friday and we had renters arriving later that day. It was a busy weekend in Lakeside and I assumed he would not be able to checkout the problem for at least a few days...Boy was I wrong! He actually made it to the house within an hour! Whaaaat? That was unbelievable...The bummer was the control board went out and couldn't be replaced for a week or two but he said he'd check on an expedited board and sure enough he had the board in and replaced by Tuesday which I didn't think he'd even make it to see what was wrong by then! Nick tried very hard, took my $350.00, replaced a part that he admitted did not make a difference. He was supposed to return with the proper part, but he does not return texts or calls. My machine has not been repaired. I cannot recommend his services. read more

We have lived in our home here in Maricopa for about 4.5 years now. As years go by, things happen, appliances break or don't work the way they should. Needed my rental dryer fixed ASAP. Nick came out the same day and found out that the deflective part needed to be ordered and would take 4 to 5 days. Couldn't wait that long so he replace the dryer with a newer used dryer with warranty and total cost was cheaper than having it fixed. So far no issues. He worked late into the evening to get the job done and to honor his commitment. I would surely recommend him if asked. read more

I had a drain pump replaced on my front load washer back in March, initially having a good experience with the repairs. However, only 8 months later and the part has gone down again and, after paying $250, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I contacted Nick asking about the warranty and he offered to stop by my home, which was pleasantly unexpected, since it was the day after Thanksgiving. I was appreciative that he was willing to correct the issue, especially so close after a holiday, but he never showed up to make the repair. I've tried contacting him for at least the warranty information, but he's since ghosted me. I would have preferred that he had been honest that he couldn't make the repairs than to have me wait and miss out on hiring someone else. read more

I sent Nick a text and he respond within 10 minutes. In about an hour he was at my house and did the repairs on my dryer. The price was reasonable and affordable. excellent job! read more

I scheduled an appointment, I was given a 3 hour window so I waited at home for the service work to be performed, 20 mins. Until the end of the appointment I was in formed he would be 30-60 mins late. With no apology I decided to hire someone else. read more
