Love it. Great location near the Spanish Steps. Chic atmosphere, reasonably priced, great food, and great service. Small restaurant, so make reservations. We ate there both nights during our last visit to Rome.

Best meal we've had off of Babuino. Quality products and delicious food, wine, and drinks. Molto bene!

It's about 5 minutes walk from the Spanish steps. We were a group of 6. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

We came for the Dilla mortadella meatballs and they did not disappoint!! They were delicious. We got a little table outside and enjoyed having wine and eating in the street. Service was quick and friendly. It's pricey but worth it.

The food was really good! I had the lasagna and loved it, the meatballs with pistachios were out of this world. The service was really friendly, I appreciated that the server telling us about the area. Highly recommend this place

What an amazing place we stumbled on this restaurant on accident. The food was amazing. They had the best carbonara we tasted in the city. The service was nice. The ambience was great hidden and tucked away.

Pretty good little restaurant. We ate outside and it was not the best seating situation. It's a small street and busy. Lots of cars passing by the street seating area. But it's par for all restating the area. That it for the bad for this restaurant. The great. It was fairly inexpensive. 119 euro for 4 with drinks!!! In an expensive shopping and tourist area. The food was tasty and the staff was excellent. Made us feel LY appreciated even as it got really busy. I feel bad to take the star away for the street tables.

We had dinner here on our last night in Italy. It was right around the corner from our hotel and the concierge recommended it. He actually made the reservation for us. The food was fantastic and the service was better! The only negative was we were offered a table outside. I suggest dining in. The street is really narrow and heavily trafficked. Also lots of people approach the table selling things outside. Dine inside and enjoy a fabulous meal.

Our concierge at the hotel we were staying suggested and made us a reservation for this restaurant. As he was telling us about their authentic Italian food his eyes got wider and wider with excitement. I thought it was hilarious. We went for dinner and man did we underestimate the power of fresh ingredients! We did not want to leave even the Merlot was amazing . This suggested by the waitress. A little bit pricier, but we did not complain. We went for a good walk after dinner. Loved it

Wonderful dinner- great service and delicious food. Carbonara was best we have ever tried. The restaurant was gorgeous and the tables spaced well- would return in a heartbeat!

    Lasagna supreme....the best!!!

Second year in a row we come here from long Italy venture to be the most amazing Lasagna ..on top of the nicest staff, food, service and ambiance ..a must stop ..any negative reviews are just any people ..small neighborhood gem..if it's a nice night seat outside is a dream but this night on a rainy night sat inside and it was equally delightful

Dilla was the best meal that I had in Italy. There, I said it. Dinner in Rome is important (especially when you only have two nights) and you can bet that I did an extensive amount of Yelping before deciding upon the perfect place. When we checked into our hotel there was a guidebook with the owner's personal recommendations. After seeing Dilla starred I knew we'd really be in for a treat. Pasta all'amatriciana is a classic Roman dish, so of course this was a must. This dish did not disappoint. The pasta was perfectly al dente. Although this dish is typically served with bucatini I was happy to see it served with a shorter and thicker noodle. In my opinion this worked really well with the sauce. And speaking of sauce... this one was perfection. So many chunks of guanciale which is never a bad thing. Next up were the pistachio crusted meatballs. Yes, pistachio crusted meatballs are a thing and yes they were life changing. A serving comes with three plump meatballs and is the perfect addition to a pasta entree. My husband also loved his truffle pasta and finished every last drop. The decor is trendy and feels a lot more modern than most of the old school eateries that line the city streets. Prices are fair, portions are large and service was speedy. Honorable mention for the bottle of Ronchedone. Hubs and I both agreed that this was the best red wine we tried in Italy. I'm not one to snap a photo of my wine to remember for later, but this was just so good that I couldn't resist. And fairly priced to boot! When in Rome... you will be faced with an endless amount of dining options. Dilla should be high up on your list. Make a reservation online, and thank me later.

Review # 1200 After…read moresome shopping on the Via cola Di Riemzo, we were ready for lunch. This spot was a Yelp find. We arrived just before they opened at 12:30. We asked for a table outside and the kind lady asked us if we had a reservation (oh oh). We didn't. No problem as we took our pick of one of the tables. Two levels inside with a small Bar in the back. Before we knew it, outside seating was full and inside also filled up-a good sign. We ordered a liter (ended up being too much but when in Rome...) of their house Red and enjoyed it. For starters, we ordered the Fried Artichokes (thick breading and will order the Roman style with garlic/vinegar next time), fried Zucchini and Suppli-Cacio Pepe. The Suppli was delicious and was enjoyed the most. For main, it was Pasta Carbonara (Guanciale )-Proper carbonara and the streak of not having a bad version of this dish in Rome continues. The sliced Beef with mushrooms was also delicious -super tender and thin pieces of beef (medium rare as requested). We asked if the Tiramisu was house-made. Our server answered, "yes, and I am the one who makes it." How could we not order after that?! One of the best Tiramisus we've had. Perfect balance of coffee dipped lady fingers with cream-delicious! Our Server was kind, attentive and full of hustle -she was covering a lot of ground. Don't miss this Gem if you are in the Prati district.

Would definitely return.

This shop is more of a countertop order from their limited menu but the menu is executed so well you'll be tempted to order multiple bowls. There are a few stools and table out front to enjoy your food hot. Both times I've been on separate visits within two years, has only shown me how consistent their food and quality is. You can pair your dishes with an aperol spritz or mini bottle of wine for less than five euros. The pasta was about nine to eleven euros and the portions were more than plenty. The chef and owner are super nice and very informative about their dishes. If you are a fan of spice you have to try their chef-recommended dish. They had one dish topped with pancetta and I just about wanted to lick my bowl clean. Everyone in the group was raving how delicious it was. Egg will forever be on my must-have when visiting Rome.
