At this point, we are very disappointed regarding a couple of issues. The sales lady, Nariah, will be nice to you, but won't disclose everything you thought you'd be getting. What you picked, it's not what you get. Quality is horrible and she avoids answering your emails and messages. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!! I hired Dillabaugh's to replace the flooring on the first floor of my two story house. They sent out subcontractors to do the installation. The subcontractors arrived around 10am and left around 230pm every day. We had moved everything upstairs and I was working and living up there. I came down one day to ask why they were leaving so early and was told "because we want to be home with our families". I was cleaning downstairs every evening after work due to all the dust and debris, when I discovered that they had taken one of my tupperware containers out of my cabinet and were using it as a trowel bucket. The edge of the tupperware was ripped off. When I came downstairs another day, the face of my dishwasher was all scratched up. They used my hand towel in my downstairs bathroom to clean the floor, they dumped paint on my back lawn, the shavings from the saw that was on my front lawn killed a patch of the lawn, they dumped paint down the kitchen sink. I have photos of all of this and submitted them to the salesperson that sold me the floor. She promptly took care of all of it and replaced my dishwasher face and tupperware. Unfortunately, I have called this company again due to my floor being installed improperly and coming up in some places. A subcontractor was sent out and said he would have to get back to me because he felt the entire floor needed replacing. Next came the installation manager from Dillabaugh's who said that an area of the floor was not even and needed to be replaced, plus quarter round put on as trim. He, Larry, also informed me that he had fired that crew that installed my floor. Next came the workmen (another subcontractor) to do the repairs, the only problem is that they didn't know why they were at my house and had not brought any supplies with them (i.e. quarter round). I had them measure and make a list and sent them away to talk to Larry. I didn't hear back from Dillabaugh's and had to call them several times to get them to send someone out again. They scheduled it and then re-scheduled it a couple times. When they arrived, they told me they were only going to replace one board and install the quarter round trim. My floor was not installed properly, but instead of fixing it entirely, they fixed one board. I am disappointed. I would not hire Dillabaugh's again. I will find someone else to come out and install my floor properly. read more

Wow. Where do I even start. We hired dillabaughs nearly 6 months ago back in June 2020. From the get go, our sales guy Rob, was late. And late to every appointment there on after. We wanted to pick a flooring that was in stock, which he narrowed down to us and showed us, we came in on a Sunday to confirm the selection and pay for it meanwhile he was selling remaining hardwood floor to people on Craigslist and the experience was strange, since the store was closed on a Sunday. He gave us a date when the hardwood would arrive, and set a time to install. That's date passed, no one called. So I called to check in, items were running late which I understood so we rescheduled. About a month later our flooring was installed, by a father and son team who left a mess and smoked cigarettes the entire time. They also told us they would come back the following day after the weekend to complete the portion of our stairs. No one came, no one called. A few weeks go by and we notice the flooring has started to space out and separate. So I called multiple times and texted Rob to let him know. He informed me that he didn't order the parts for the stairs and was going to order them. Not sure why he didn't do that when I had already paid for them and they are on our original invoice. Not until September did a different person come to install our stairs...... and didn't even have enough pieces to complete. We are in December now and have called around 10 times to have this completed. Every time someone calls and schedules something but NO ONE COMES OUT. I'm genuinely amazed that this place is still in business. Rob is incompetent and no one can follow through. I am beyond disappointed I wasted my money into this shitty company. No one can call you to let you know of delays and no one comes out when scheduled to do so. It shouldn't take over 6 months to complete a very simple and basic job. I will continue to tell everyone I know to stay CLEAR of this pathetic business. read more

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would I guess they default to a 1 star. We purchased a Hubble home and didn't get to make any changes to the brand new build our island and surrounding countertops were all white quartz and they were horrendous. Our island was warped in the middle, the sides were uneven and wonky and there was chipping all over. They came out to look at it again after we made a complaint and said that's just how it's supposed to look and they can't do anything about it. So if you want to spend a lot of money for crappy work this is your company. I would not suggest anyone use them for any countertop needs. read more

Happy as could be! My husband and I bought a fixer-upper and have continuously been working on it for the last couple years. Dillabaugh's has made the process SO much easier and quicker. We worked directly with the manager, Shawn and he was incredible. He came out to our house several times, instead of us coming to him. We have had wood floors, granite, and tile work purchased and installed from them. Carpet will be next on our list and there is NO where else we would go. Thankful for a locally owned business that makes it easy to love and support! read more

I recently had carpet work done in my new house.Greg McCanless was my agent at the 12th avenue Nampa Id store. He was very professional and was very patient with me as I don't know a thing about carpet. When I left the shop I had my carpet chosen and the price for the job. When we took the carpet out of the two rooms we discovered a problem with one of the rooms which would need some repair. I called to ask if they would come out and install just one of the two rooms and that the second room would come later. I fully figured that I would pay more to have them come out twice but Greg said that " No they would honor the original price." Dillabaugh's was the one stop shop. Customer service and great product all in one place. I would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family read more

Unfortunately we have no idea if this business can follow through on anything. We went in to the Boise Federal Way store end of February, and all was great, made a plan with the sales lady and she would email us the next day with a quote, once we had that all we had to do was call a week out from when we needed it, and we would have the carpet ordered and set up for installation. Never heard from her. Over 3 weeks later I called to have her get us the quote and give her the time frame for installation, she did not call back. Called the main line and left message, no avail, finally able to get in touch with someone, Tim, he assured me he would get the info from her and get back with us. Had to call again, he finally said that she did not have our info. Now we were stuck with no quote, she had all of the measurements, we were unable to get the copy we had, and here is it Mid-April and despite sending someone out to measure and get us a quote, which we had to again call and call for, we called to get the date for installation from the person in Nampa whom assured me that this behavior is not like his company, and still no response. Absolutely amazing that they can have any business. Obviously does not want a one room job, guess we will go elsewhere and when we do the other rooms will not be checking them out ever again.
