My order had disappeared from the Wendy's app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond. They went ahead and made my food and gave it to me, despite me not having paid or ordered at the right location. They gave me the resources to cancel my order and refund my money at another time.
