Submitted an order for the XL750 223/9mm reloading package on 07/28/2020. Within the first week most of the parts shipped, second week the rest of the parts shipped except the 223 dies. Waited a few weeks since when I purchased the kit the website did state there possibly a 4-6 week delay in shipping. I emailed Dillon for a status update on 09/23/2020 since I was still waiting for the 223 dies, no response. Emailed again on 09/29/2020 no response, emailed again on 10/02/2020 no response. Dillon is refusing to contact me back about my order, now I'm stuck with all the parts except the main part needed to load 223. Under promise over deliver! These people are absolutely awesome. Bought my XL550 press about 2 years ago. I was new to reloading. Sales took their time and made sure I had everything I needed. Got home and set it up and low and behold I did have everything I needed to start reloading. Over the course of time I had questions and concerns. Either on the phone or when I went in, they resolved everything. Finally last Monday I had to bring in my machine for an adjustment I couldn't do. I expected to have to wait weeks and weeks to get it back. Got a call yesterday that it was ready. 5 days!!! Picked it up. Not only did they fix my problem they went over and beyond. Cleaned everything. Replaced a few parts they felt were questionable. Machine looks as good as new. Set it up and did a quick 50 rounds. I never remember the machine being so smooth. I live fairly local (still a bit of a drive). I went in pretty ticked off because my warranty parts never came in the mail and it really screwed up my plans. I had to drive across town to get the parts in person because I was desperate, so I was pretty annoyed. Bottom line is though, they were so damn helpful and nice in the store that there was no way not to be charmed by the service. Gave me everything I needed and more free of charge of course under lifetime warranty. I wish I hadn't had to drive, but they made it right, so I can't complain. I have a Dillon Precision Square Deal B reloader, and it is the best piece of equipment I have ever bought. I have reloaded thousands of rounds of ammo, and never a failure of the equipment. It is a pistol only reloader, and when I hear of the nightmare quality of other reloaders, I'm glad I have a Dillon. Additionally the service from Dillon is always "more than what you would expect". There is no one who values their customers more than Dillon, period! Buy a Lee or RSBC reloader if you want, but remember, your buying a piece of crap, you'll eventually end up with a Dillon. I was introduced to Dillon presses by my Father, who has reloaded tens of thousands of rounds on his faithful 550 - he had me helping with the manual parts of the process when I was younger (placing cases or projectiles), and eventually I was reloading my own rounds. Eventually I determined I was ready to stop mooching time on his press and get my own. I didn't have much money, so I picked up an ooooold 550 on Craigslist for a couple hundred bucks. When I got it home and set it up, I was having trouble with the powder measure that came with it. I broke down and called Dillon, dreading what it was going to cost me to get this machine running. The Dillon rep asked me to describe the powder measure in detail, and in no time flat he determined that particular model was no longer being made. He said "I'm gonna send you a new powder measure, and if you would, please send that old one back to us so we can get it out of circulation". I said I'd be happy to and asked what that was gonna cost me, and he said NO CHARGE. I replied, "no, you don't understand... I didn't buy this press from you, or even new. I bought it second hand." He said "doesn't matter - on its way." Two days later I had a brand new powder measure and I sent the old one back in - I was in awe of the service. You'll hear about their "No BS" guarantee, and I'm here to tell you that's the real deal. Years later I bought a 650XL with all the bells and whistles, and have reloaded tens of thousands of rounds with it - never had a problem... until the other day. There was a tiny circlip/retention ring on top of my decapping die that broke. I hopped on the site and looked for the replacement part - not there. Sent them an email at 10pm, and by 8am I had an email response: "No charge part(s) on the way!!" After dealing with customer service a 3rd time (yes, there was another time I didn't bother to go into, but as usual, awesome service) I felt compelled to leave them some well-deserved feedback. Not only are these presses wonderfully engineered and built like tanks, but Dillon stands behind their product like no other company. I'm not saying you're an idiot if you buy a press from any other company, but... well, yeah you're an idiot. Probably the worst customer service I've encountered. Ordered 3K worth of products switching from Hornady and called to make sure i got everything which i did but was told that's why you don't order online "you don't know what your doing" WOW!!! I have spoken to this company 3 times and all 3 times horrible customer service cant believe it with all the reviews. Called yesterday just to see if any updated eta for backordered items was told ALL ITEMS ON BACK ORDER ok i knew that so i asked if they were even being produced very grouchy response " I don't have parts to produce" wow don't have to be grouchy so i asked if stuff is even being manufactured even grumpier " NO NOTHING IS BEING MANUFACTURED" Ok why not just say that. 20 Years ago this place had amazing customer service but now they fail miserably, seriously contemplating sending my order back and canceling all items and just sticking with my Hornady press...Also as a note I left a review on Facebook with a do not recommend and it appears as though if a company doesn't like they can remove mine was removed as well as the person who posted before me with much the same review... read more

Totally disappointed before I even got my progressive reloader. I was excited to see that my order was shipping on Monday after ordering over the weekend until later in the afternoon when I got an update showing what was shipped. I ordered over $3,500 in equipment which included the XL750 progressive reloader package for 9mm and .223. When I got the update of what was shipped later in the day it didn't even include the reloader. I called customer service immediately and was told maybe 4 to 6 weeks and for 1 of the parts maybe if I was lucky by Thanksgiving or Christmas. Literally the only part that shipped for the reloader was the roller handle and some misc parts. There was nothing from the website that showed anything was backordered except for the part that I was told would maybe get to me by Thanksgiving. Talked to a manager the next day and was told at a minimum 4 weeks to get the next shipment but it wouldn't even include the complete XL750 kit I had ordered. No explanation or reason was given of why they did not have this long delay listed on their website. I assumed that they had everything in stock and nowhere on their website did it show that most of my order was on backorder. They had no problem with charging my bank account for the total amount without even being able to tell me when I would get my complete order. Totally disappointed in how this company is doing their business and wanted to let people know what to expect from this company. I bought a XL 650 Dillon about 3 weeks ago and started setting it up for ACP 45 . I had never been around one before so I had to go into it blind and trial and error. Got the bugs worked out of it and made all the proper adjustments.The machine is a cut above all other presses that I have used. The big mistake I made was not buying the Dillon dies with the machine .I ordered the Dillon dies and started all over again. I have dealt with Dillon since I got one of their reloading presses over 20 years ago. It is still as good as the day I bought it. I even broke a shell plate carrier by my own fault trying to force a stuck shell out of the resizer. I told them it was my fault and asked how much the replacement was, the response was "No charge, you have a lifetime warranty on it." I went in this past week to pick up some bullets and such and found that they had primers in stock, what a shock. I asked for 2000 small rifle but they are limiting you to 1000. OK, fair, trying to make sure everyone has a chance to reload. I asked the price and it was pre-hysteria pricing. I was impressed that they didnt jack up the price like so many places have. Whenever someone asks me about reloading presses, I always recommend Dillon without hesitation!!!! read more
