Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system.
