If I could give this store no stars I would ... my husband is a self employed mobile mechanic , he had been purchasing parts for his clients his for a few years now . Up until 2 months ago that my husband started going to a closer store not giving this location their great sales with his business . My husband went in to this location 1 month ago and the manager Phelps unprofessionally and infront of multiple clients told my husband to leave and that he no longer needed his business ( purchasing parts at this store ) . Today , June 14 , 2024 my husband went in to pick up a part that he had already paid for at another location , upon arrival to the store my husband presented the receipt of the part paid for at previous location , Phelps the manger proceeded to say no he didn't have that part as it was right behind the counter , proceeded to say no he didn't want my husband's business at this store that he wasn't going to assist him , and proceeded to unprofessionally kick him out in front of a few other customers , loudly telling my husband if he wanted to take it outside ... they would but that he should leave .... All of this was unprofessional as it was done in front of employees and customers ... we DO NOT wish for him to be fired at all ... he simply needs to handle store business treat all customers the same and simply be professional... read more

My boyfriend Adolfo and I went in to purchase an A/C valve and refrigerant liquid because my car was low. Once I got home, we realized that the valve wasn't attaching properly, so we went back to get some help! Thankfully, Kurt was the nicest, most knowledgeable employee there! We really appreciated his help after realizing that the valve we bought had been swiped and replaced, so he went to grab one from the back and showed us how to properly install the refrigerant liquid. He also gave great follow up feedback on what to do if we experience any related problems with the A/C valves. If you ever go to this O'Reilly's, I'd highly recommend asking for Kurt and his wonderful service/help! read more

Came to this location to purchase oil and a oil filter for the Company Van I have. My company has an account with all O'REILLY. After showing the manager invoices on how we purchase certain items, manager refused to sell me the items. And this not the first time this happen to me at this location. Manager has bad customer service. All around this location is garbage. read more

It's a horrible place the service was awful I was there on November 22,24 approx around 5:40 pm there were 3 guys working at the counter no one in the store they were just talking,laughing doing NOTHING I only went in to ask for help for my tail light but as well as to purchase the light the guy said let me see ur car took one look in 2 seconds said yah can't it's too complicated and it's dark said he would have to unscrew a piece so I KNOW IT WAS gonna be easy but I just needed help with the bulb so I went to auto zone all so dam generous they offered if I need help I said yes he said there's no need to unscrew anything and it's not complicated he DID IT IN LIKE 3 minutes so was so very happy to see that there is still good quality service somewhere so I tipped him $10 only because he was willing to help his customer and that's what keeps people coming to AUTO ZONE ! I Purchased a battery and received the wrong one. It shorted my electrical system. I had to go to work and called a mobile mechanic. I paid a little under $500. When I reached out to the manager, he told me in an email that they are not responsible for what happens outside their store even if they give me an incorrect part. This place used to be good , I don't know why it has gone down hill but the service is not there. Only a few selected crew here know what they are talking about but the rest just rely on their computer screen. I had a really good experience on Sunday which was Mother's Day. I came in really concerned about needing oil in my car, the minute I came in I was welcomed by the staff behind the counter. I gave the necessary information about my car and purchased the motor oil, and to my surprise a wonderful young man came out to help me put the oil in my car. I don't know why Yelp still doesn't have a 0 star review option. My mom just came back from here and informed us of the horrible experience she just had with one of the workers. My mom went in to ask if they could change her car key battery to which she was received with irritable aggression. The woman working proceeded to tell her that she didn't know how to do it and google it. My mom was taken back so she said what, to which the lady decides to ask her sarcastically, "do you have a phone?? Google it!" The whole exchange ran that way. My mom is not one for confrontations or asking if someone else can help her so she stuck with the lady. She came home surprised and frustrated and that's why I'm writing this review. I don't care if she was having a bad day. It is extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be treating any costumers this way. Don't take out your frustrations on people that have nothing to do with your problems because you're incompetent. Oh and she broke the remote and made my mom piece it back together read more
