if you thought the employees at In-N-Out restaurants were great, wait until you meet the staff at the company store! They're absolutely fantastic. They're incredibly friendly and helpful in every stretch of the words. When it comes to stock, they have everything you'll find on their website/catalog as well as a huge selection of older shirt designs and other merch. They do have a little discount area along the back window in bins so be sure to check that area out. It's very very easy to go in not expecting to spend much only to walk out dropping some serious coin. For how small the store is, they have it absolutely packed to the brim with something for everyone. Honestly, the 'original' In-N-Out location is a spot any fan should experience at least once and the company store is a great place to commemorate the visit. I stopped by with the hopes of finding a specific state shirt. I was hunting for a specific Colorado design that I didn't pick up when visiting Denver a while back. I don't always get lucky, but this time it was on my side. Lo and behold, I found exactly what I was looking for and in my size too! I was in the area so why not check it out. First of all it's In and Out and it's truly the best burger and why not check out the OG one with the company store. For those who want iconic in and out swag there's so much to choose from hats, socks, lots of clothing options and just random stuff. Obviously you want to eat a burger next door while you are here. They share a parking lot so it's easier to walk over to the store before or after you grab lunch or dinner. The company store is part of the building that says In-N-Out university. My girlfriend had to fast for a medical procedure and afterward said she wanted to go to In-N-Out. While eating at the Covina location (I haven't been in this area in almost 40 years) I asked my girlfriend if she had ever seen the original location. She was up for it, so we went. When we drove by, I told her about the location on the other side of the freeway. When I was last here, it was a training center that was only open for a few hours during lunch to handle the overflow from the original location. When we went by, we saw the company store and stopped in. Filled with every t-shirt printed, plus hoodies, work shirts, socks, hats, bathing suits and even an outfit for your dog, we finally selected matching 75 year anniversary shirts. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed sharing stories of all the things I've enjoyed about In-n-Out for the 45 years this place has been my go to burger place. If you are a true In-N-Out die hard, you owe it to yourself to visit this store. read more

The customer service is just as good as all the restaurant locations. The merch caters to infants, kids, adults and even pets. They have In-N-out hats, shirts, sweaters, shoes, sneakers and more! It's a fun place to shop for memorabilia of old school In-n-Out t-shirts, hoodies, socks and shoes. There's a pet section so your dog can wear a t-shirt to match the family! You can find cups, magnets, stickers, pencils, and children's underwear with their logo. Today, I purchased a pool floatie that resembles an extra large French fries boat. I also bought a baby t-shirt (onesie) and a t-shirt for the parents too. If you like In-n-Out burgers, you can find unique gifts for the person that has everything. This store is so cool! We made out with some shirts & socks. You get to choose which design from the wall of shirts. Plenty to choose from. I believe they have a new shirt each year. This year is their 75th anniversary! The store is clean and organized, staff is readily available to help. At checkout, they bring you a brand new packaged shirt so you aren't going home with what's out on display. $20.95 per shirt, some are cheaper. There's jackets, sweaters, hoodies, shorts, shoes, anything you can think of! Even button ups with burgers all over it. I'm glad it's somewhat close by. Gotta hop on a couple freeways but this store is a great place to pick up gifts for family & friends. Check it out! read more

I came by this store as spontaneous. I was originally planning to stop by the original In-n-Out store, and I discovered this company store. The store is located right next to an In-n-out restaurant. The company store sells a lot of company products. For example, t-shirt, sandals, stickers, pins, cups, hat, button shirt, and pet products. I had so much fun walking around the store. I enjoy In-N-Out and have listened to the owner's autobiography. I came to the company store looking for Christmas gifts. I found two hoodies and a jacket for my family. There are a ton of T-shirts along one wall. This is mostly clothing which is fine. I expect almost everything can also be found on their merch website. Since the company was founded in Buena Park, it makes sense for the store to be there. While selection is good, it's a bit limited. I was expecting a larger store with more items. They were also selling overstocked employee picnic T-shirts. There's also an INO restaurant across the parking lot. If you're looking for merchandise, this is the place for it. read more

Finally was able to visit the INO company store ! I was in the area & the company store is literally right off the 10 fwy - even if BP isn't your final destination, this place is so conveniently located that it could serve as a pit stop too. Oh... if you're hungry store #1 is also right next door ! If I were to be completely honest, I was expecting the store to be bigger but still nice. I loved the outside & the design. Inside, there is actually quite a bit of merchandise once you start looking around. It's not all t shirts - I was surprised to find Stance socks collab & doggie gear - cool ! Fun Fact - most of the stuff is made in limited quantities so once inventory is depleted its gone forever. So if you see something, get it. Also if you have a friend that works for the company, they offer a discount. In the back was a clearance rack, with extreme sizing which was a bummer. The items that they were trying to get rid of were very cheap - men's polos were only $10. If you're an In N Out fan, definitely worth a stop. read more

My oldest son been wanting In n Out merchandise. Didn't know they don't sell it in the actual restaurants Only online or at the company store. Which i wanted to surprise my son by taking him here for a road trip also, to grab the hoodie & socks he's been wanting on his Xmas wish list. They are closed on Sundays and close early at 5 p.m. We went on MLK day right b4 4 pm. The store is located on the same lot as the In N Out restaurant and next to In N Out University. Have so many merchandise available. The associate were really friendly. The cool thing is they have newer items in the back. So they grabbed everything new for us. This is the perfect store for In-N-Out fans! It is one of the three in the country (other two in Las Vegas). It shares the same parking lot as the restaurant so you can shop after eating a delicious burger next door. Staff was friendly and helpful when I visited. The store is small but they offer a nice variety of souvenirs. There's t-shirts, sweaters, hats, jackets, jewelry, etc. for the whole family. There was a sale bin of tanks and tees when I went so keep an eye out for deals: The cheapest item I saw was a $1 antenna topper of the In-N-Out soda cup. One of the cashiers showed me how they hooked an ornament clip to it to turn it into an ornament! I also thought it was cool how they carry an Alex and Ani In-N-Out bracelet ($38).
