I love how the store has affordable prices for clothing. They have a very wide selection and the customer service is phenomenal. I purchased a makeup product and when they were sold out, I called to see if they were going to restock and thank God they did and you cannot beat the prices that they have. I will continue to shop here and hopefully they keep selling the makeup product that I love. read more

They never have size large. The staff isn't very friendly or helpful. They close early like at 7pm. And they have a minimum charge for card. I love the clothes they have but it's always a struggle finding medium or large. They have a nice plus size selection though so for that I'll give them 2 stars read more

Citiwear is a fashion store that sells Women's clothing and accessories. They are located in the Sunset & Francisquito Shopping Center. They were previously located in the Westfield West Covina Mall but their new location (opened Oct 01, 2011) is only about 5-8 min. away. I love this store! They sell a lot of cute clothes, jeans, etc. They have both casual and dressy clothes and a lot of nice items for the workplace. They have pluz sizes too! Stop by and check it out! =) read more

Today I went in to look for a shirt for an event I'm going to. Well the clothes look nice but the reason why I'm giving it a 1 star because how terrible how's the people who work there. First of all you guys sell plus size clothes and you then you guys make remarks about how you don't know why plus size people shop here! First of all this is very unprofessional. Very disappointed!!! Just bought a shirt & i wore it once & it's already ripping . Haven't washed it or anything & of course they tell me final sale . The clothes here are a great selection to chose from. I have always shopped at the Francisquito location. However, the last two times I've been here in the last month these two Asian ladies were absolutely rude. Two weeks ago I went near closing time and the manager was yelling at her employee across the store the whole time I was there, telling her where to put the clothes and it made me very uncomfortable. Today, I just left the store, and the lady who was ringing me up gave me a hard time about my college ID to give me 10% (student discount) off. She told me I looked prettier than my own ID. Saying the girl (who is me!!)was not pretty. She made a big deal and even asked her employee if it looked like me. I understand that I look different after two years, but even her employee agreed that it was me. I was so annoyed I brought out my license to show her proof of matching names. She proceeded to tell me that I look better with my makeup done as opposed to my ID (with less makeup)and she made me feel so bad about myself. She was absolutely rude and I felt so bad I accidentally removed my card too early because I just wanted to leave. I have never experienced such rude service. Definitely disappointed. read more

This place is ok. They have trendy clothes for good cheap prices. Obviously the clothes aren't the best quality you get what you pay for...anyways the real reason for my low rating is because of the immature staff. One day when I was shopping I guess there was a rat or spider...or some kind of animal/insect that was in the stores and all the girls (the staff but they were acting like high school girls) were yelling and giggling and making a scene. I don't normally like posting comments but due to the terrible service I had too. One of the girls answering phone calls don't know how to service customers needs, don't know how to charge, and has a very bad attitude. I went 10 days ago and made a purchase $98 which,I was charged twice. When I was paying the girl with a very poor attitude said, I touched the machine and I had to swipe my card again, I told her I didn't touch nothing. And she responded "well that's not what it looks like".I swiped again and went on with my day. I check my bank statement the next day and I was charged twice I went to speak to a manager she said the money would be refund back 2-3 business days and till today I still haven't received anything. I just called and the sales associate can't even help, I'm asking to speak to a manager and she won't be in all day I asked to provide me with corporate phone number or and she don't even know that. Just be aware when you pay always check your statements. It's a lot of inconvenience that because they don't pay attention you have to wait until they decide to refund your money back I just spoked to Tina "assistant manager"which was useless she refused to refund my money back refuse to provide me with a number to call to request for my refund. read more
