Our son has been coming here for a few years now and they were recommended by our dentist who is great. Their staff is awesome with kids and it seems like it's the same people each time. We have been going to Dimples since 2018. They are always great with my child and the others I see there. They keep the kids entertained with movies and head phones (while in the chair) and give them fun gifts when done. The staff is always patient with the kids and help ease their fears when they have them. They are fantastic at letting us know of any potential issues to keep an eye on and when additional brushing/flossing may be needed. Dr Rohini is always kind and willing to go over any questions or concerns. The office is very clean and has a fun esthetic. But thanks to Dr. Chiu, our anesthesiologist, and the incredible dental team, it was anything but that. My 9yo son is an anxious patient and has had a few bad experiences at the dentist. We started going to Dimples about a year ago. Dulce and the staff have been amazing. They accommodate him completely and are super gentle, patient, and understanding. He is uncomfortable with the water sprayer and suction so she just lets him rinse and spit with a cup. She explains everything before she does it and is totally willing to adapt and try different approaches if something isn't working. They put it all in his notes so each time he comes he doesn't have to explain his preferences. I really appreciate how awesome they've been in making him comfortable. read more

Very happy with our experience. I told three kids at the same time and they were all seen in the same room so I could be near all of them. Smart to have screens and headphones at each chair so the kids can be distracted. The staff worked quickly and my nervous kids did great! The X-ray process was a much better expense than than we'd had at a different practice. Quick and easy X-rays and just small pieces inserting into their mouths so no gagging or discomfort. read more

Frustrating administrative process. I called last month to schedule my son's first dental appointment, and was told I needed to secure a referral first based on my insurance plan. I confirmed they were accepting new patients, and that I should call back once I had a referral in hand to schedule the appointment. It took about 3 weeks to obtain the referral - called back today and was told they are no longer accepting new patients (even though their website shows that they are). So, the whole referral process we went through over the last month was a complete waste of time. Disappointing lack of communication from the front desk staff over the phone. Updated to add based on their response below: I did first confirm with my insurance company that Dimples is still contracted with them. The front desk staff I spoke with yesterday also confirmed it was not an insurance issue and that my insurance was accepted, but that new patients are not being accepted. read more
