I have mixed feelings about this office. When we first moved to Folsom, the care and professionalism was great from the Dental Techs. Although the age appropriate communication from the physician was not great, the girls were happy. It was the last 2 visits that were horrifying from both the Dental Tech and the Doctor himself. We were the last patient of the day, they had called earlier to ask if we could change the time (no, due to work). Once we were there we were rushed, and the girls (5 yo) spoke of it after. My girls sadly required fillings - oops on mom and dad... When I took the first one, wow was I appalled, demeaned, disrespected, and overall taken back with the poor patient-focused care. The doctor was telling my daughter you're not hurt, I'm not even touching you, there is no pain, you need to breathe through your nose. This is not exaggeration; this is word for word call out. The doctor turned to me after failing the procedure to attempt a disrespectful education. The physician needs education on how to speak with children who are experiencing a traumatic event (there is age-appropriate communication techniques for age groups). Do not take your children to this doctor. There are much better options. The only good comment I can give is the RDA that was there to assist with the filling that day was compassionate, kind, and very age-appropriate with my daughter. I have an acute-care nursing background of 15 years and understand patient-focused care, now in leadership. Do not recommend at all. read more

We have been to many different dentists and have never been more pleased than we are with this one. My children have both needed dental care beyond cleanings. They were nervous and stressed about the prospect of dental work but Dr. Bryan has always helped them through it. My kids love the dentist now, which has never happened. I have been taking my high anxiety daughter to Dr bryan for probably over 10 years! Jessica and Dr bryan are absolutely amazing, patient and kind with her. Tammy is equally amazing anytime i need to reschedule or have any questions. she makes us feel so welcome the second we walk in the door. finally we arent having meltdowns before a dentist appointment because they are so great with her it would recommend this office to anyone! read more

Excellent, capable, friendly staff. I love how accommodating and considerate the front desk aims to be. Dr. Bryan is great with my 4, 6 and 8 year olds. Our family enjoys being able to schedule appointments on the same day, so that all 3 kiddos can be seen at the same time. There are video games in the waiting room, but we have never waited more than a few minutes. Dr. Bryan is not pushy and does not talk down to me but is eager to explain. He is always helpful with a light joke when the kids get nervous, and the assistants are all very pleasant and do quick, thorough work. Highly recommend. read more

We've been taking our son to Dr. Brian's tooth station for the past three years and couldn't be happier. Dr. Brian and his staff are top-notch. They have a great manner with kids and their work is excellent. My son had his first cavity filled and it was a breeze. The office is state of the art; they have TVs playing children's movies at every station and at multiple angles. My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist and there's no higher compliment that can be paid. I can not recommend Dr Brian and his staff more highly. read more

We were recommended to Dr. Randolph by some good friends. After several bad experiences for my daughter she was terrified of the dentist. She has sensory issues, a very sensitive gag reflex and active tongue. I requested the quiet room, where with the use of the gas they were able to get full X-rays for the first time (age 9), and completed some necessary dental work, all with a smiling child afterwards. I would highly recommend this office. The office staff is wonderful, all the assistants and Dr. Randolph is amazing. If you have a child with special needs, they will do everything in their power to make it the best experience possible. read more

The best dentist for my children. Kind, professional and efficient. The waiting room and treatment areas are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The dentist is wonderful and my children (11 and 12 years old) have been cavity free so far. Once we went to another dentist and she said that my daughter had a cavity. A red flag went up, I got a second opinion and my daughter was spared a treatment she didn't need. Since then we have been going to this office. read more

They have a lovely play area in the waiting room. The office is very clean and sanitary. They answered all of my questions and were extremely thorough. They do a fantastic job making his pearly whites extra clean and making him feel comfortable especially if he has treatment. Dr. Bryan is an amazing pediatric dentist. We took our son here first when he was 1 year old, and have been coming here ever since. The office is very kid-friendly and has video games, toys, stuffed animals, etc. My son gets regular dental cleanings plus he had to get his tooth fixed when he knocked it out. Being 21 years old I'm so happy to finally be coming back to The Tooth Station! I've been away at college for awhile and I'm so glad to be getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Bryan and his lovely associates. I've been coming here since 2004 (8 years old) and I've been coming back ever since. I absolutely love it here! Everyone is so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Wrote this review about a month ago then couldn't find it. Turns out it was in the filtered reviews!! I have no idea why!!! So I'm reposting becuse this is a truly great place! So here is my original review: Had the opportunity to join my daughter and 4 year old grandson for a visit to the dentist - woo hoo! But actually, this place is great! Decorated super cute in a jungle theme, my grandson didn't notice anything but the train on the tracks overhead. He loves trains!! He didn't want to do any thing but watch the train. When we went to the back, he wasn't the best sport about it all, but the staff very easily worked with him, in spite of the tears. The dental assistant was able to complete the exam and cleaning in the midst of a bit of a meltdown. She and the dentist were very professional and did their best to make him laugh and feel at ease. So while I can't say he was ever thrilled to be there, overall, he made it through just fine thanks to a patient and well trained staff. Of course once he was all done and they let him pick a toy and gave him a balloon, they were all his best friends! Sure wish I could have had fun like this at the dentist when I was a kid! I just wanted everyone to be aware that this dentist is NOT a PEDIATRIC DENTIST. It's easy to think that a dentist that sees only children is a pediatric dentist and has the additional training, etc... That's not the case here. We went here a few times many years ago, so a review of my experience would not be current. It was an ok experience, but we left and went to a fantastic pediatric dentist in Roseville. read more

I just brought in my 3 children for their bi-Annual cleaning and realized my son who is heading off to college next month has been here since he was 2! Every time we walk in it starts with a friendly greeting. The hygienists are thorough and take their time to interact with each of the kids. Even back in the day when the little ones objected to coming and had to be seen in the quiet room, they always showed extreme patience and care. Thankfully we haven't required any major dental work but that's in part due to Dr Brian and his team doing a thorough job. read more

For the first time EVER, I waited in the waiting room while my daughters had their teeth cleaned. It was weird, but only for me! The girls were perfectly happy to get their cleanings without me by their side. The staff at The Tooth Station is so welcoming and kind, to both the children and parents. I mention this after every visit, and must do it again....I truly appreciate that the Tooth Station runs on time. Our appointment time is the time we are seen. That means a lot to me! read more

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Randolph's since age , 2, after she had undergone a full rehabilitation of her teeth by another dentist before starting at The Tooth Station. She has had excellent care and literally runs from the sidewalk into the office when she has appointments. It says a lot when your 5 year old with a pretty serious dental history is that excited to go. Parent's are encouraged to sit by the child's chair and stay throughout the visit. I really like that, because at other dentists (with an older child) I was made to stay in the waiting room. Dental care is not inexpensive - but the Tooth Station has state of the art equipment, what seems to me to be a well trained staff - all of which is probably costly to maintain. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff. We feel lucky to have found him. read more

We started seeing Dr Bryan when our daughter was just 3 years old, over 7 years ago, and have never had anything but wonderful experiences. So of course when it was time to start taking our son to the dentist, there was no question where we would take him also. The staff is always warm and friendly, we've always been seen within minutes of arriving at the office, and Dr Bryan is truly excellent in what he does. But one of the most important things for this mama and her young kiddos, is that I'm not only welcome, but encouraged to come back when my kids are being seen. And not just for regular checkups and cleanings, but any treatment/procedures, I'm sitting right there in the room with my kids, so I can feel at ease that everything's going alright.
