My sandwich was warm bread (inside not toasted or grilled at all) with a slab of microwaved roast beef on it with hot mayonnaise and cheese. I sent the pic to my family in Philadelphia and we all had a good laugh for a half hour. By the end of the first half of thr sandwich, I had to stop before I nearly puked on the floor. No onions, no peppers, just a piece of bread with warm roast beef, a slice of cheese and mayo.
